|Linzy||Etta Morine Ford|
Hi Richard - I've been working quite a bit on Ancestry lately and I see you have Etta Morine Ford (wife of Orlander)also married to a John Calder. That was a different Etta and not "ours". I grew up 15 miles from our Etta and although I don't happen to have a death date for her yet I do know she was alive in much more recent years. I remember her house well. Just thought you'd like to know this. Linda M.

|Lin McNamara||Ozias Emmons|
In order to find where Ozias is in Sacramento City Cemetery, I need to know what section. The lot 255 is in both sections A35 and A78. I have found people in both lots. If you recognize any of these names, let me know which name and lot.
A35: Albert Austin Bennett, Bruce E. Bennett &
A78: John Hewitt, Annie E. May, Henry C. Rudolph, Mary Welty, Alice Gertrude Garrett, C. Harry Garrett, Ida May Garrett, Ella Hogan, Pauline Hogan and Lila Lynch
Unfortunately, the cemetery records do not have which section. If you recognize any of these names, it would help me research this for you. Lin McNamara
|Leta Knauss||Olive (Olieve) Emmons Peck|
116982405, I am taking photos in Highland Cemetery in Ypsilanti, Washtenaw, MI and came across Olieve Emmons Peck and her husband Elisha on a stone. It appears that the stone for Elisha is a cenotaph as he was buried in NY, but Olieve is buried in MI. Elisha's stone says he died in Victor, Ontario, NY and was the son of Elijah Peck and Hepzibah Pierson and he was a native of New London, CT. I also found a military record for him in the 2nd Reg, Co. L, Heavy Artillery, CT. Perhaps you would like to add cemetery information to her memorial as you have her listed as unknown burial presently.
|Bruce Duncan||Hattie McPherson|
Richard, I just sent you a photo of Hattie's headstone. I have several more photos at different angles, as well as full front and rear views. Due to the poor contrast between the stone and engraving, very bright conditions and shade I found it difficult to take a very good shot of the name but hopefully with all the pictures you can find enough to help your records.
|Harvey Hilton||Levie Emmons|
Letting you know there is a gravestone for Levie Emmons in Ponemah Cemetery. The stone lies prone on the ground. A photo exists on the Ed Laput Cemetery database on the Godfrey Memorial Library site. I can't send you that photo because of copyright issues.

The info you keep sending is for memorial 137155071, name listed on that memorial is Ozias Emmons.

Hi Richard -
I am again declining to link to your burial unknown. I don't link to burials unknown as it does not conform to Find A Grave's mission statement in providing a final disposition. I have had this stated on my member page for some time now.
Also- the Ozias you've referenced in your previous SACs is actuall memorial 137155071. The memorial I created was because there was a gravestone. It may be a cenotaph of the California memorial but I have no documentation.
|Glenn A Lane||Thomas and Martha Emmons|
Some of the data you posted on their children doesn't jive with what I have. Can you furnish sources, or can I send you what I have on his children?
Glenn Lane, Oakland, Ca 7th great grandson.
|Carolyn [Lee] Kelly||re Alfred Emmons|
Thanks for the added info - are you related?

The correct ozias emmons you sent edits for is memorial number above, so I declined yours edits. The one you had additional for is buried in CA.
