Thank you for the kind words. Being retired I would do Find A Grave 24/7....I am that passionate about this website. There are only a few volunteers in this area that will seek and search for headstones. With my husband as a navigator we try to find those that others won't. San Fernando II is large but the office staff are the kindest. Happy trails.

You will need to rearrange the photos if you want the headstone on the main page. Have a blessed day.

You're welcome, glad I was able to help.

Hello cousin! This is so cool, family history! I will upload the picture of Ester and email it to you. Your cousin, Christy

Hi Jeff, I was wondering if the photo you show on your page could be of someone from the Tomlin/Lacy family? My 3rd g-grandmother was Martha Tomlin who married Asa Clevenger Lacy. Their daughter Ester Ann Lacy was my 2nd g-grandmother. I have a photo of Ester and there is some family resemblance to your photo. Thanks so much in advance! Christy Hinshaw

Hi Jeff - received your note but also noticed you placed a request. There is at least one active photo volunteer for that cemetery so I believe you are all set. Merry Christmas :)

Merry Christmas to you and yours...

Hi! No I was just trying to take pictures of all the grave stones in the Rawlins Cemetery so I am not related to them. Hope all is well. Lori

|Arleta ♥||RE: Ragsdales|
"Arleta, can you help me find a source to link William Barton Ragsdale to his parents Willam and Sara? Thanks for any help."
Mrs. Blake Ragsdale VanLeer, Ragsdale Family in England and America, (Compiled & © 1975 by June Hart Wester), page 39
Mrs. VanLeer does not identify if she knew where Ensign William Ragsdale & Sarah Campbell are buried. Her only note regarding this would be:
"After returning to Warren Co., Ky. to serve 61st Regiment, War of 1812, Ensign Wm. (5) Ragsdale, Jr. and wife, Sarah Campbell Ragsdale and nine children plus servants flat-boated in 1818 to Texas with the Milam Colony, arriving in 1818, in old Miller Co., now Texas, but claimed by Ark. and Oklahoma. There are 88 grandchildren. (Masonic Records.)"
Hope this helps.
