Anything you need in Jamaica?
Hi Jennifer,
I have been wandering about Jamaica off and on for the past several months on assignment, and I see your name everywhere I go! I feel like you are an old friend who has blazed the trail. :-) I am returning mid-January, I have one day off (a Sunday) during which I drive one-way from Mo Bay to Kingston. I stop at all Jewish and Anglican cemeteries as long as there is daylight, and at others if there is a specific photo need. Is there anything that I can do for you along this route on a Sunday? Anything specific you missed during your travels there?
Kind Regards,
Scooter T in San Antonio Texas

RE: allan ragg
It is actually St Bodfan's-at least the description you wrote refers to that.

RE: allan ragg
that usually identifies the name of the church;I think it is safe to say it is St Mary's-it's the only church with burial ground in the area-though there is a largish cemetery!

RE: Frankland evelyn
It wasn't a waste of time - I was happy to check & I still haven't quite finished. The graves may have been moved & the civil/church records may still be available because it was only converted in the early 1980's. When I get some time, I am going to look at the civil records for my local church - I can ask about St John's at the same time.

Best wishes

RE: tate cemetery
My Jamaican family is mostly buried there, The McKenzie's, Jones, Mcgregor's, Segre's, etc.

No problem at all! I was visiting anyway to view my grandfathers grave. It was simply not a problem to take a short diversion & have a look at your requests.
