Bio and Links
Have researched my family lines since I was 11, just for the pure fun of it and to learn where I came from.

Wendell, Fox, Ward and Beckwith, Ingham families of upstate New York. Gould's and Haner's of Wisconsin and Minnesota. Van Loan in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Mears of Tennessee and Oregon.

Clark's and Berrian's from around Peoria County, Illinois.
Wells family from Maryland, through Kentucky, to Illinois

Hahn, Bollinger, Croan, DeMott families of Missouri and Kansas.

Thain, Dittmar and Hammer in Illinois.

Talbert in DeSoto and Caddo Parish, Louisiana
Lambeth in Louisiana and Texas. Sparkman of Texas and Oklahoma.

If someone is of your family feel free to contact me to transfer them to you. I feel families should have access to their family, unlike some who are just interested in the number of memorials they maintain and are so within themselves which destroys the purpose of this sharing information....

Memorial pages are for burial unknowns. FindAGrave is a grave registration site not a family linking site. There are other sites whose purpose if for family linking.

Please see FindAGrave FAQs:
Memorial contributions to Find A Grave must fulfill that mission - registration of the final disposition. If the memorial contribution corresponds with only the main mission, then the memorial fulfills its purpose as part of Find A Grave's mission.

Sure I will take any info you have on Samuel Miller and post it. If he is a relative I would be glad to transfer his memorial.

Looks as though you've created a duplicate memorial for Mathew. My great-grandmother was a Day. She researched the Day line until she was 88 and became too ill. Thank you for your contributions.

RE: Francis T. Miller
It looks like I might need some digging tools to unearth part of the stone - weather has turned cold here, but no snow yet, so I may get out there someday soon. Take a look at the stone for James Miller in Pratts Oak Lawn cemetery. It looks like a similar style so they are probably from the same family - born late 1700s or early 1800s.

RE: James Stuart

Dear Ms. Jones,

Have you heard anything back yet from Find-A-Grave about my duplicate memorial being removed? I just notice today the comment that you left on my member page and was wondering, they can be slow to respond.

your public message to karen jennings:

Back on 31 January 2015, I asked if you might be willing to transfer Washington Wendell (44639097) and his wife Mary (44639038) to me as they are part of my family. I have yet to have any response from you one way or the other. Thank you..
Added by charlott jones on Jun 20, 2015 4:29 PM

Did you ever get a reply from contributor karen jennings regarding your request for transfer of Wendell's?

I have requested a transfer from her of my Aunt Jennie, and although karen will accept suggested edits, she will not respond to my request for a transfer, nor will she describe her family relationship to my Aunt Jennie, if there is any.

Family should be with family.
