Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have always enjoyed walking through cemeteries and when I found this site it was a good fit. I enjoy taking photos and registering people.
I spend many hours doing my family genealogy and understand the importance of cemetery records. I am related to Cavanaugh, Berry, Koprowski, Marker, Spillers, Skuzinski and Malone.
In a way we are all one big family. I hope my submissions and photos are of some help in remembering those who have passed before us. Amy

The same goes for your memorial for "Mother" Engler.
Thanks again,

Hello again,
You made a memorial for "Father" Engler in Trinity Cemetery in 2006. Since then Jerry Bridges has also made a more extensive one for him under his given name Edward Carl Engler with the same dates. Which makes them a duplicate entry. I was wondering since he has more complete information in his memorial if you would be willing to delete your memorial for him ?

Thank you,

Hello Amy,
You made memorials for Theodore and Caroline Gehrke in the Trinity Cemetery in Manistee, MI. I believe you accidentally Made them mother and son instead of husband and wife. I believe this because he was born in 1848 and she was born in 1840. Once again thank you,

Hi Amy, Me again.... You did a memorial in Trinity Cemetery, Manistee, MI for Harvey Lindeman back in 2005 and since then Craig Lidtke did a more extensive memorial for him also. Is there anyway that the two can be merged?
Thanks again, Alice

Hi Amy,
I have been working very hard on getting Trinity Cemetery in Manistee completely photographed and all memorials added to F.A.G. You have done alot of work on it also. I just came acrossed a memorial you entered for John S. Watson. In the memorial you state that the date is "a little obscure." The birth date is 1872 and death date is 1960, you have the birth as being 1974 which is after the date of death. With the correct dates this makes this a duplicate memorial.
Thank you, Alice

Hi Amy,
I sure hope that you are still active with this site. I also really enjoy walking cemeteries and registering people.
I have a couple questions about William Rawson. Do you know if he was married twice? And, if so was his second wife's name Ruth also?

Thanks, Alice

Willa E Gibbs
Per your request, I went to the site of Willa E Gibbs grave. There is no marker there, and I probed deep to find one. The spreadsheet map given to me by the cemetery manager indicates that there is no marker for Willa. I did provide a site photo including the marker for Guy Gibbs that occupies the same site.

I hope this helps.

Karl Berry in SL Cemetery
Hi,I am a Find A Grave volunteer like you are. Sadly, there is absolutely NO cooperation from the San Luis Cemetery with Find A Grave volunteers. I was threatened with arrest by the owner of the SL Cemetery, just talking to him over the phone. However, there has been great success with the San Luis Obispo County Genealogical Society. You can request a photo of who you are looking for by doing the following and they will respond promptly:Address your email to slocgs@gmail.comPut in the subject line San Luis Cemetery Headstone photoGive them the name and birth and death dates, or as much as you know. Ask them to send a picture of the headstone, and tell them how you are related or what your interest is in this person. They will appreciate that. This information may only be used in genealogical research. They will send you the photo as an attachment to email. They took photos of the thousands of headstones they indexed in 2009 and 2010. They photographed virtually all headstones that could be deciphered. Everyone, who was buried there before 2009-2010, and who has a headstone, has a picture of their headstone in the database of the Genealogical Society. The society will respond to individuals, but prefers not to send pictures in bulk to Find A Grave volunteers. They also have not made an agreement to download their data to the Find A Grave servers. Please remove your request from F-A-G after you receive your photo. Thank you.As a reference here is the website for the index wishes.
