You're very welcome for the photos, Mike. Glad I could help out !
Thank you for the photos, looking up both locations & taking the time to transcribe all of that writing on the that weathered stone!! You went above & beyond!

You are very welcome. I'm so glad to be able to help. I found more info online in 'Atwater history and genealogy .. (Volume 5)' by Francis Atwater. Apparently Elisha M. Attwater had an estate in Huntington, so that's the connection to that cemetery.

I will be entering 8 Golio babies in my project. Would any of them be related to your family?
|Mary Jeanne Monhardt||Louis S. Vollero|
I looked for Louis S. Vollero in the Military section of Ancesty.com.
He is listed as Louis S. Vollero born in 1912 in Union, New Jersey. He enlisted April 4, 1942 and was a Private at that time. He had 4 years of High School and was 63 inches tall and weighed 128 pounds.

Hope this is helpful. My cousin Bob died in DaNang and I am always on the look-out for any information for family of our Protectors.

It is my pleasure to have the opportunity to sponsor your grandmother's memorial. What a lovely tribute you wrote for her!!
This may sound silly, but I want you to know that I am very proud of you ! I feel as if I have known you , watched you grow and turn into the fine young man you are today. I hope we will always be great friends and one day meet in person.
Love to you and the family,
