New "Automated" system for "Suggest a Correction/Submit an Edit"
New System for Memorial Edits deployed by FindAGrave on 12/5/2013
Go to your Contributor/Profile page. Look in the upper right corner. You should now see a tab called "Edits" - check there to see if any have been submitted to you. Then just review and accept.
Way easier for doing updates to names/dates/places/plot numbers/links. If you don't approve within 21 days it will automatically accept it.
You still will get e-mails to add info to bio section.

Please transfer this memorial to me. It is my uncle. I have also requested an edit to link him to his parents. Thanks. Have a great day.

Please transfer this to me as he is my father. Thank you very much. I would like to link him to my mother and other family members.
|Lisa Stalnaker||Joanna 'Jo' Dillon Valentine|
She is my great-grandmother. Could you please transfer her memorial #30842872 to me? I have sponsored her page and would like to add more information. I believe the transfer request falls within Find A Grave guidelines (direct ancestor, within 4 generations). I requested a transfer in October 2014 and got no response; requested updates were not completed by you. I would greatly appreciate a transfer so I may work on her listing. Thank you very much. Lisa Stalnaker #46893021.
I am working on the family history and am wondering if you are not related to either Mary or her husband Nick, would you mind transferring them to me? Thank you in advance for considering my request. Megan 47120986
Both are at Mount Pisgah Cemetery.

Thank you for taking care of the Sherard family in Gillette. James R. Sherard, #35627787 has a birth date of 27 February 1971. I suspect that this date should be 1871 as he died in about 1953. The tombstone also supports this date. Thanks again for the angels of find a grave.

Clarence Ray Bell-Find A Grave Memorial# 32547550
Please add this obit:
Clarence Ray Bell - 03/10/04
Services and celebration of life for Clarence "Ray" Bell, 69, of Gillette will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the New Life Wesleyan Church with Kenna Rose leading the service. The family encourages people to write a special memory of him and bring it with them to the service.
Burial will follow at Mount Pisgah Cemetery.
Following the burial, there will be a reception in the basement of the church.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home.
Mr. Bell died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 4, 2004, at his Kingman, Ariz., home.
He was born July 19, 1934, in Gillette to Mary Lee (Searcy) and Harold Bell. He was raised and educated in Campbell County, attending elementary school and high school. He graduated from Campbell County High School in 1952.
Upon graduation, he married Ceola Ruby on July 17, 1952. He joined the U.S. Army serving at the end of the Korean War.
After his honorable discharge, he returned to Wyoming and worked on a couple of ranches in the Gillette area until 1964.
While working on the ranches, they started their family. They leased and operated the Jess Ruby Ranch until 1971. It was at the time they had the opportunity to buy what is now called the Antelope Creek Ranch.
Mr. Bell worked as a brand inspector for almost 30 years and enjoyed it.
In 1974, he bought his first piece of equipment and started Bell Construction. In 1981, Ray and his son, Steve, became partners in an oil field construction company. Following his son's death in an airplane crash, Mr. Bell started what is now Bell's Restoration with his other son, Russell.
The Bells retired to Kingman in 1998 where he could spend more time doing what he loved; rebuilding Model T cars.
Mr. Bell loved flying airplanes, working with horses, antiques and auctions. One of his favorite pastimes was watching old westerns on television. He enjoyed his family, visiting with friends and had a very special spot in his heart for his granddaughters.
Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, "Shorty"; one son, Russell Bell of Gillette; one brother, Albert Bell of Great Falls, Mont.; six granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his parents; one sister, Ramona Bentz; and one son, Steven Ray Bell.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name to benefit the Campbell County 4-H fund or to a fund of the donor's choice. Condolences may be sent in care of Stevenson-Wilson Funeral Home, 210 W. Fifth St., Gillette, WY 82716 or via the Internet at www.stevensonandsons.com.
