In the event of the same memorial listed twice on the same day, please refer to the MEMORIAL number. The lowest MEMORIAL # was the one added first, with the highest MEMORIAL # being the duplicate.*|

Please do not assume, 'of anytown, anystate' means birth city and state.
Full time Student, so I'm very very busy and I'm slower with edits than usual. I'm knocking out the oldest edit's/SAC's and transfers a few at a time, while trying to keep the newest ones updated, too. Thank you all for your patience. You guys are the best!
Please be respectful in understanding that not all suggestions are necessary. Chances are that I already know the info, but have chosen not to include it for various reasons.
Military ranks are included in the name title when the full rank is among the choices in the drop down menu. Example: Sgt 1st Class should not be listed as Sgt; 2nd Lt should not be listed as Lt., and so on. If the full rank name cannot be placed in the title (as I wish they could be) then the full rank will always be in bio section.
On the other hand, I will gladly accept any pertinent information you submit. (citing source)
Please use the "Edit" feature to submit corrections. I'm far too busy to look for memorials, so that method helps to expedite your request. Thanks.
Need a memorial transfer? You'll need to use the edit feature on the memorial in question. Please allow 30 days.
Corrections and Transfer request submitted on this page will be ignored.

Let's hope I can some day return the favor. Again, our thanks.

It would be my honor to maintain the memorial, thank you very much!

Adam is my wife's cousin, how could we not sponsor him? Thanks for creating the memorial so quickly.
I'll take a look this weekend and see what I can find for you.
Before I sent you the other 2 messages, I took the time to read your profile. It clearly states you want suggestions sent through edits.
So I did exactly as you wanted.
But there was no response.

Have contacted you twice already about your placement of memorials for;
LCpl Efrain Sanchez, Jr
in Cypress Hills National Cemetery in Brooklyn, New York.
Again, these individuals are not buried in Cypress Hills National Cemetery.
The gravesite of LCpl Efrain Sanchez, Jr is easily found on the Internet by means of a simple google search. There are even photographs of his grave on other websites. He is not even buried in Brooklyn, as you "assumed".
His grandmother, Virginia Sanchez, is also not buried in Cypress Hills National Cemetery, as you "assumed".
It is not the policy of Veterans Affairs to bury an individual in a National Cemetery under the "assumption" that one day their grandchild will join the armed forces.
I did not look for Virginia Sanchez's gravesite at a location other than Cypress Hills National and do not know where it is.
One can easily "assume" the same holds true for you, ie: that you did not look for her gravesite, and do not know where it is.
Please remove these two individuals' memorials from the cemetery in which you have erroneously placed them.
Most assuredly, LCpl Efrain Sanchez, Jr, who died while in active service to the country, deserves better than to have false information, based on an "assumption", placed on this or any other website.

Ancestry is a fat lot of help! I did a search including her parents' names and birth year and county, got her 1940 Census entry listing her as living in Lenoir and there in 1935as well, but birth records for many other Hedricks, in NC and other states, but not hers.I would guess that like Stu she was born in Lenoir but cannot confirm it, so cannot suggest that.

I submitted her death place although it is in the bio,for consistency with the form of most and elegance of the completed memorial. I am looking in Ancestry for her city of birth, for completeness beyond just county.
The memorial is great, and I apologize for seeking to "lift lint." Thanks a lot.

Nice job on my classmate's memorial, and on his wife's, too. I suggesrted including "GEN" in his name as it is my own practice when creating one, as it has sometimes proven necessary in picking one from a results list (there are two memorials for Roy O Girod, both different and the middle name was not used at first so I offered rank before I did middle name). I have posted his Lucky Bag photo. It is now first, being most recent posted, you may feel the most recent photo should be first.
Anyway, Thanks for both Stu's and Stella's, these memorials mean a lot to our classmates. We are a large and close family of shared formative experience, as evinced in "Navy Blue and Gold."
