At this point in time, regretfully, I will only claim requests for (Old) Tacoma Cemetery (not New Tacoma) or Mountain View (Lakewood) Pierce County, WA. |
NOTE: I do not automatically approve corrections as I have found that some that are suggested are not correct.
A REQUEST - if you would call and get the location, it would be appreciated and add it to your message when requesting or ask the owner of the site to post it in the plot field.
If you find any errors, duplications or bad photos (covered with debris or moss) that I have taken, please let me know and I will do what is appropriate. Some memorials don't photograph well but I try to get the best shot of them.
My family tree includes the Ritchey (Richey,Ritchie?), Temperley, Molinder and Stenborg lines and has expanded from there to include to many to mention here. The Ritchey history begins with Memorial 58729129. At this point the Temperley line begins with Memorial 18962125 but hopefully more to come. And the Molinder history begins with 66797509. If anyone has any additional information about these lines, please feel free to contact me.
If you are a relative of any of the names I have entered other than my own family line and would like them transferred to you for maintenance, make the request through the EDIT button on their site then the Suggest A Correction link and copy your site ID into the message as it makes it much easier for me to then transfer.
Thank you....and enjoy this addicting site.

Excellent! Yesterday I set out to take photos but about half-way there, I decided not to. Trying to walk the basset hound as well as get a photo on all that rough terrain... getting just too hard. But I sure miss it. So much!

Turns out the people listed as being buried in a Navy Yard cemetery are in Ivy Green. I am in the process of transferring those I placed there. Read note from a researcher on my page. Don't know this person; don't know why he called me an 'expert.'

Work on the list as you desire or - if you are done with what you want to do - I'll take on the rest - no sweat.
More soon. Waiting for the snow which, after all the hoopla, might pass us by and dump on Hoquiam.

You created memorials for my great-grand aunt and her husband (Sarah and L.F. Peterson)in Washington, thank you!! I knew they both died there but wasn't sure they were buried there. That answers that question!!!

|Gary Nault||RE: Mr. Daddy (173799659)|
Just wanted to let you know that I talked to Chris and he gave me the location for Mr. Jacobsen's site but I couldn't locate a marker. Other markers on the sheet were there so I was in the right place. I ran out of time so I'll try again later.
Talking with Chris (nice man) there are no Daddy's buried there so I'll delete that memorial and put the photo in my questions folder. Thanks for the input.

Now has a listing on findagrave. I made five phone calls yesterday, talking to folks at the shipyard and no one knew diddly. After searching for these people to be buried elsewhere and nof finding them except one guy that was moved to Forest Lawn and moved again to San Francisco, I went ahead and made a cemetery. I will also call both funeral homes (Lewis and Pendleton) to see if they can give me more information. I'll also try for a museum in Kitsap County, also. They might know.
