I'm not a memorial collector and am more than happy to transfer ownership of any memorials that are your family. If there are any changes or corrections you'd like to make to any of these memorials or if you'd like a transfer, please use the edit tab. |
Some of the Winnebago County memorials were created using indices compiled by the Winnebagoland Genealogical Society and Janet Eiler.
Some of the early Riverside memorials were created with the help of Ginny Cross's "Riverside Cemetery Burials 1841-1908-an incomplete list."
Note: Permission granted to use any headstone photo that I've added to Find A Grave for any genealogical use, as long as they are not offered for sale.

I believe that the birth date for Christian Roemer
given as Apr. 9, 1869 is incorrect and should be

|Mary Fritz||Marlyn Albert Fritz|
Hi it is me Mary<
I have had a major back surgery so I could not get back to you sooner I have My Father's information for you to add to his sight. I have Cerebral Palsy and Autism so I don't even know how to maintain the sight. I am content just giving you the correct information. Marlyn was born in Royalton Wisconsin on 18 June 1922 To William Henry August Fritz & Viola Lucy Howe. On Marlyn's dad's side of the Family I traced his side back to 1743 In Wissek, Possen, Prussia, Germany and on his mom's side to 1854 in Conneticut.
He 1st married Alberta Lois Kienert on 29 June 1946 They had the following 4 children
Eugene Terry Kienert (Fritz)born 17 Oct. 1945and he died 16 Sep. 2001 in New London, Waupaca Wi.
Patricia Ann Fritz Born 1948
Theodore Donald Fritz Born 1950
Margaret Lea Fritz Born 1951
They were divorced 14 Sep. 1953, and their 3 youngest were put up for adoption. That is why that information is so limited. Eugene was raised in the Kienert family.He has a son living in Neenah that never knew him and and there is a boy born to that son. Again not under the Fritz name.
He than married Victoria Isabelle Meton on 27 Feb. 1954.
They had the following children:
Willa Mae Fritz Born 28 Oct. 1952 in Oshkosh
Linda Darlene Fritz Born 8 June 1954 in Oshkosh
Michael William Fritz Born 9 Jan. 1956 in Oshkosh.
Ida Viola Fritz Born 4 Apr. 1957 in Oshkosh
Mary Elizabeth Fritz Born 6 Oct. 1959 in Oshkosh (That is me).
Note Eugene Terry was born under the kienert name the mother was a minor @ the time But he is rightfully a Fritz
That is all I can do for now, but if you would like dad's siblings and their information and his lines going back just let me know.
Thank you so much for your work on my Father's sight.

You're very welcome. It's been fun working with you!
I've photographed about half the cemetery now. I've got about 100 photos left to process so I should have those finished by Wednesday. When it cools off, I'll go back and get the rest.

Would you consider transferring the memorial for Jane Shone, #72457696 to me? Jane is my 4th great grandmother. My name is Kris MacCabe, member #49064569. Thank you very much for taking the pictures and creating this memorial. It was a thrill to find it.

Thank you for the prompt update for this Civil War veteran.
|Janet Marie||RE: Aurelia and Aurilla Rounds and Eva Young|
Thanks for the quick response.
I went to Eureka on Sunday afternoon to start taking photographs of all the markers there. It started drizzling as soon as I got that so I had to stop after only about 30 minutes. I'll head back to there when the heat wave is over. 90 degrees and humid is not a good combination for cemetery walking.
I'm sure I'll be sending you more updates after my next trip. Thanks again!
|janealogy50||Thank you, Mary!|
For the transfer of the Quatermass memorials. I promise to care for them.
