Ferril Robey
Yes, Pauline. I knew them both when young and also Laura and her older sister (can't remember her name, either). They were very kind to me. Last time I saw Laura was in Covina, CA in the early 70's.

Thank you for the information. I have been looking a long time for his burial location. Do you know where his wife is? I don't remember her name.

RE: photo for louisa close
You're welcome! According to an index listing of burials for that cemetery, there should also be a Mary Close (no idea from index of dates or age) but I didn't see a marker for her.

RE: Margaret Frank Doolan # 140047582
Hi - so glad you like the photo - I always hope family will find them. It was one of several photos I bought from a Cooperstown, NY dealer at the Brimfield, MA flea market in 2013. I don't think they were all from the same estate, but some of hem were.
Here's the description from my eBay listing...
Writing on back "Aunt Maggie (Mrs John Doolan and sister of June's great grandmother Kennedy)"
Photographer is Frank Brothers, Chicago.
This is Margaret Frank Doolan, daughter of Alexander and Hannah Hughson Frank, wife of John Doolan, mother of Margaret.

There are other Frank photos - here's a link to the photos remaining from that group

ps feel free to copy the photo of Margaret

Web Site
Sorry, Forgot you've already contacted me about the web site! The Bridgewater Pics came from another person who found it. Aren't they great? He's got an idea for finding the graves of Isaac and Margaret. Can't wait to see if he's successful!

RE: your husbands BISHOP side
No, his Bishops are actually from Nova Scotia! They were in North America early 1700's in Connecticut, but were lured to Nova Scotia about 1760 by the promise of land. Some of the descendants later came back to the U.S. about 1885-1890, first in Boston, later to California. You can check them out on my website if you like:

or find my tree on Rootsweb World Connect,

RE: George F Stone
I don't think these are the same person. He was married to Elizabeth Parrish, she was 20 years older than him and had 2 children from her 1st husband who died. She died in the mid 1930's. They had 1 son together, Jesse Elbert Stone(my great grandfather)I can't remember his fathers name right off hand but his mother was listed as Sal Stone on his death certificate. He lived in Webster county most of his life. He was living with his grandson (my great uncle) John Franklin Stone & his family in Henderson,Ky when he died in 1964.

RE: John Ogden
That is my family. I had not seen Theodore Shay, son of Nancy Ogden and Ephraim Shay's marriage with Hannah Brady. That is is second marriage.
And it had not hit me yet that she named one of her sons Theodore, possibly after her father Theodorus. However, I am not able to prove that Theodorus is her father.
The marriage for Theodorus Ogden and Christina Rosenkrause on 11 Sept 1814....I am thinking that this might be Nancy's brother. Nancy was born in 1787.
The info from the Ogden book has that Theodorus was born 1768 and died 1790, but I do not know if this is correct.
You mentioned that some of this family went on to MD. Who exactly went on the MD in 1804?
Thanks, Judy

John Ogden
I am interested in the Ogden Family. My 4th great grandmother was Ann Nancy or Nancy Ann Ogden married Ephraim Shay. They lived in Sussex Co., NJ.
Someone on line has that her father was Theodorus Ogden. I found him in the Ogden Book but there is nothing about his family. I can follow the family back to John the Pilgrim. You would not by any chance have any information on him?
