I am a long time resident of Simi Valley, CA, and have been successful in locating the final resting place of my ancestors using this program. I want to help others by researching and posting the cemeteries in my area, which is Ventura county and North Los Angeles County. If you would like my help, please email me at JennyRoses@live.com.|

I noticed your note on these memorials in the Jeremiah Smith Lot.
According to a posting on a yahoo board from 02/2012:
Anna Aldrich, born 12.25.1789, is the daughter of Richard Aldrich/1760 and
Hannah Harris. Anna is the granddaughter of Daniel Aldrich and Anne Steere of
Anna's grandfather Daniel Aldrich was a first cousin to Jeremiah Smith Sr.
Daniel is said to be the son of Anna and her husband, a Hill. I have not verfiied this information.

I found the ancestor poem attached to Lydia Carpenter Smith and just loved it! Perfectly stated! Do you know the name of it or where you found it? Thanks for sharing it with us all! Sandra Bathe Cole

Hi noticed your note on the flowers for this grave. Mystery finally solved! (It took years but a death record finally surfaced naming his parents)
I, too, am distantly related to Mr. Hopkins.
I am Stephen's first wife descendant , through Sarah Scott.
I love genealogy.

Hi Jen! I found the mystery with Charles H Smith. There is indeed a Charles H Smith in Union Cemetary but he was linked to a Hannah Mowry Smith in Slatersville Cemetary. #21141199. Her husband Charles H Smith is buried with her in Slatersville.

I found your memorials for Jerrod and Elizabeth Bailey and your notation that you are descended.
I have been looking for burial location of their son and wife, Job and Bethany (Round) Bailey -- do you have information about them?
Also is your Jerrod Bailey the Jared Bailey shown to be a veteran of the Revolutionary War? If so, would you consider added that information to his memorial, as it could help with the documentation necessary to attain DAR status.
I posted the photo of Annie Zuidmulder and I can't get the orientation right. However the photograph is there. Any ideas how to make the photo go the correct way. I haven't had trouble in the past but this one keeps going sideways!

|Sarah R||Joseph & Catherine West|
I see you've made a photo request for Joseph & Catherine West at St. Joseph Cemetery in Appleton, WI. I was wondering if you were related to them? Their son, Robert, is married to a relation of mine!
I will be visiting St. Joseph Cemetery this coming weekend and I will make sure to get the pictures of Joseph & Catherine's grave marker for you!

|Robert Edward Johnson, Jr.||Rhode Island Hist. Cemetery North Smithfield #24|
I was searching for the cemetery where I grew up on Sayles Hill
Road in North Smithfield, R.I, and found it on Find A Grave.
I noticed your note on 6 Mathewson graves
At this site: http://ricemeteries.tripod.com/ns_ceme.HTM
The author mentions "At the time of the last survey, the cemetery was found to be in rather fair shape except for the abundance of nearly waist high weeds throughout the area. A condition which could easily be taken care of by some conscientious neighbors. "
I thought you might be interested to know that in the early 1970s, when I was about 14, this cemetery was in just terrible shape. I organized a bunch of neighborhood kids (ages 10-14, or so) and we cleaned the entire cemetery of weeds and debris.
Best Regards, Bob Johnson
