I enjoy writing and sharing my research with others. Contact me through Find A Grave if interested in my information or wanting to share. Thank you.|
Please do not claim a photo request for several weeks and then mysteriously "unclaim" it. This deters others from taking the photo.
Please do not Photoshop, or "clean-up" my photos and then re-post them on my memorials. Thanks.
When submitting "corrections" to memorials for birthdates, etc., please cite your source for this information. Changes will not be made without providing evidence.
If you do not receive a reply from me, it may be because you did not provide an email to contact you. I don't always like to leave a public message when responding.
I maintain memorials for all Philadelphia Police Officers that died in the line-of-duty and those Brothers buried in the Soldiers' Home burial Lot at Mount Moriah Cemetery (Yeadon, Pa.) to embrace "the Warrior Ethos of honoring the sacrifice of those fellow Soldiers who died in service to our Nation."
I claim copyright for my research and photographs. It is copyright infringement for others to use my materials without my knowledge or permission. It is best to contact me via email and request permission.

|Donna Di Giacomo||Need your email again|
Please email me. I have something to email you.
I am writing to see if you would transfer this memorial to me. I would like to see if I can connect him with his family. His in-laws are buried in the same cemetery.

I took the picture you requested. The marker is in very bad condition. you can just make out his name and no other info.

With sincere respect to family and sponsors, I have done some 'cleaning and polishing' on a couple of the older pictures on this memorial page and would be happy to furnish them to you with no desire for anything in return. I know how precious these older pictures can be and how heartbreaking the damage to one can be. If you prefer to see some examples of my work, let me know.

Please obtain locations for your photo requests.
I have plans to go to a cemetery or two that are on your list, but cannot take pics because I do not have grave locations.
Make sure there is a marker for the person at Lawnview Cemetery. A good number of graves at this cemetery do not have markers.
It is not nice to have volunteers traipsing the grounds in the hot sun looking for a marker that does not exist.

My husband was related to Roy, through Roy's father Roy. He was the son of Fred Smith/Schmidt & Elizabeth (Woodward) Smith. The last 2 are who I am trying to find out when they died and where they are interred. Elizabeth was a sister to my husbands g-grandfather Fred Woodward, of Ashland, Schuylkill co.

Can you put me in touch with one of them, I'd like more info on Roy ? I am trying to find out more info on Roy's grandparents. Mainly where they might be buried.

What more can you tell me about Roy Smith who was married to Thelma Kiehl ? Did they only have one child, Roy ???
|Martin Walsh||Re: photo request|
Your very welcome for fulfilling the request for Officer Knox. Was an honor to help with the memorial for a hero.
