Rosie...thank you so much for the sweet Halloween note you left at Charlie's memorial. I always made sure Charlie was inside early on Halloween night with his special Halloween treats. While I shall miss him this Halloween so much, the special people who visit his memorial and leave tokens, like you, are a great comfort. Thanks again.

Also the date you gave will be fine to use. The 08-23-1946 as I said is probably a declared dead date.

Rosie there is no memorial for the Ct veteran.

Why don't you go ahead and enter one at Manila American for him and move your photos over to it. If you need help with that then just ask photo@ to do it for you.
