Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am retired, and working on my family genealogy. I have now entered most burials for River View to Find A Grave. I am also working on a project to aid in the search for burials in Section Q, there are no lot markers in this section making it difficult to find burials. I have several books on burials in Dearborn & Ohio counties in Indiana. I volunteer on several sites to do free look-ups,of burials in these counties. I will also search for anyone here. Just e-mail your request with the name, date, and the permit number,if known.
Also, if I entered a person in your family on Find A Grave, and you would like to add a bio for that person, email me with the information you would like to add, and I will add it for you, and give you credit for the info.

Lydia K (Opp) Lubbe
Just found the memorial page for my 3rd great aunt, Lydia K (Opp) Lubbe. I wanted to thank you for adding her memorial page, and photographing her headstone and the area she is buried in. Would it be ok if I used your photo's in my family tree (crediting you of course)?

Thanks so much for your time! :)

Thank you so much for taking the photo of my family headstones while they were still readable. I have been to this cemetery in Dearborn County and could not believe the condition the stones were in. With your permission I would love to be able to make a copy for both my daughter and myself. Ours were almost smooth.

RE: Regarding Riverview cemetary
Thanks for making the corrections and updates. I did notice on Lillie Littell , her father should read Ernest Victor and her mother's maiden name was Wellhoff. I am just revisiting my family history that I did about 30 years ago. Surprised how much now is available so easily by internet.I had to go to court houses, libraries for newspaper clipping and write the state for records.Luckily I spoke with some family members, they are dead now, to obtain photos. "Find the grave" gives closure, their final resting place. Thanks to you and others that have taken the time to research this history and make it available to us.

Regarding Riverview cemetary
Thank you for all the work with Find a Grave. It helps with expanding my family tree info and helps to preserve our history for future generations. Wanted to correct a couple of things. Joan C. Nieman is Joan Carol not Carrie. She was my aunt, the only daughter of Stanley and Hazel Nieman. She died in 1953 of Acute Leukemia.I added her picture. Also, Lillie May Little is actually Lillie May Littell. She was the aunt of my grandmother, Hazel M. Nieman. They shared the same birthday, February 23. Lillie was the sister of George W. Klingelhoffer who is buried with his second wife Statya (Green)in Greendale. George Kingelhoffer's first wife and Hazel's mother was Eva Marie Klingelhoffer, buried at Riverview. My grandmother and I would visit the graves and put flowers on them when I was a young girl. Appreciate all you work with Find a Grave. Sincerely Lisa (Nieman) Granger.

Charles Raymond Cole
Hi, my name is Mary Cole-Hensley and Charles Raymond Cole was my grand uncle.
I was wondering if you could shed some light on his spouse. His headstone shows he was buried with Ella E Cole 1898-1977, yet it is also stated he was a widower at the time of his death.
Is Ella not his wife? I understand if you don't know....I wasn't sure if you just took the photo of his headstone or were his family.
Thank you for your consideration. Mary

RE: Riverview Cemetery
Trying to find my 3rd great grandparents. Samuel and Susannah Boyd Stoneking. (Their son married the daughter of Henry and Elizabeth Willman). Susannah died in 1855 and Samuel in 1858. Maybe the church cemeteries?

You have created this memorial. I wonder if you know where the marriage information came from for her marriage to George Mendell?
