John Harmon 1815-1896 Hello I see you left a comment on John Harmons grave page stating he was your 4th great grandfather Is there any information you could share with me about him? I believe he could be my 3rd great uncle did he have a brother named Henry?
Do you mind telling me a bit about yourself? I have been a DAR member almost 10 years and have worked as a volunteer genealogist for several of those years. Elizabeth was a particularly satisfying patriot for me because, as you probably noted, she had been established but the lineage was all wrong. It was Garland's will that allowed me to prove our correct lineage to her.

Edna Rhea Brannan Thanks for sponsoring Edna's memorial. I did a quick search and located her death certificate which revealed her parent's names. She was the daughter of John Rhea and Candasa Fitzpatrick Rhea. Her date of birth was Mar.27,1865 and she was born in Greene County,TN. She died in Morristown, Hamblen County,TN. I have added that information to her memorial.
I have the 2 children of Thomas Sanders Payne as: Ellen Mitchener Payne (1902-?) Hardy Clay Payne (1905-1947)
Is that correct?
My gg-grandmother was Mary E. Payne (1831-?), daughter of Edwin Lindsey Payne & his 1st wife, Elizabeth A Haynes. She married John D Harris in 1851 & had my g-grandfather, William Thomas Harris (1864-1892).
I would be interested in exchanging information with you and am happy to share.
