Thanks for visiting. I am starting some family pages so that we can keep them alive in our memories.
Thank you to all of the great people who have fulfilled my photo requests or helped me out with time, info, or photos. I live FAR from most of you and I wouldn't be very far in my quest to document family members without your help.
Thanks to the person who posted my loved ones. You really inspired me to return that favor whenever I can.
I try very hard to keep reflections of my feet, and shadows out of the photos I take, however, sometimes it is unavoidable. Sorry if a sunny day and black stone conspired to make bad photos, I really do try!
Many of the old photos or information I post are from the Minster Historical Society or other old books or boxes.
If you have photos to share, I am always interested in seeing them. My philosophy is that "when you know a person's face, you know at least a little bit of their story."
If you are going to use any of my photos on Ancestry.com or the like, please give me an appropriate citation. Findagrave suggests that it be in this format: Bio Author. "John Doe". Find A Grave. 6-1-2008. Many of my copywrited photos, descriptions, as well as my assembled history of the Bergman family have been posted to a public ancestry tree without my permission. This was very disrespectful. I spend hundreds of hours trying to help this site out, please don't act in a manner which discourages this.
Finally, if there is one thing that every visitor to findagrave should take away its this-- even if it cost more, buy the GRANITE stone!

Have you seen Herman H Ording's will on Ancestry.com? Elizabeth's children are all listed in it by name. Check it out.

Shoot me an email and I will send you the photo for the grave.

Certainly a pleasure. Also, he has a wife buried next to him. Are you interested in that photo as well. She does not have a memorial on here. Shoot me an email if you are. Thanks, Clayton
|Tom Oatney||Albers Obit|
Thanks for the obit for Josephine Enneking Albers. I created a single picture of the obit that I can send you to post in place of the 2 pictures, which will save some space. If you want to replace, I will send to you if you send me your email address.

I'm just happy to have helped...JP

You are very welcome.

Which photo are you referring to? I can not seem to locate a Tramonte in my files.
I checked for Henry Bergman at St. Augustine yesterday, and there is a blank spot where his grave belongs. I found and verified the names on either side to make sure I had the exact location, and there was definitely no stone for him. Sorry.

Thanks so much for your added info. Trying to document more on this very interesting man. Do you have more on this article and the source, Newspaper name, date, etc? I have some transcription of an obituary but would like source, Newspaper name, date and source. Thank you for any information you can send me. Barb
