Yep! You have sideways photos. The system uploads your photos as they are set up in your computer file. The only thing I know to do is open your file and make sure they are turned the way you want them to show on the memorial. If you have to flip them, make sure you save the file before you try to put them in. If you need help in this process let me know.

I've never seen any side ways pictures on here. Did you have to rotate them to add them? If you did, you might not have saved them that way. I'm going to look at some of them to see if they are turned now. Will get back to you.
Which names are familiar to you? May I ask your maiden name? Shoot, we might be cousins. lol
