RE: photo
Let me know if there is anything else you need in regards to Josiah Wood...I'm descended from him through his daughter Hannah.

Loves
I was curious if you are related to the Love family. I noticed you left flowers at many of them. I also wanted to know about the one you have in your family named Hopwood. My Great grandmother's maiden name was Hopwood. I would be interested if there is a connection. Thanks, Debbie

RE: photo
I knew Jay and his wife, he is the only person I ever knew who had been painted by Grant Wood! He also was a Scout Master for the Amber Boy Scouts and did his level best to give every kid in his charge a fair shake at getting out doors and doing the things he liked to do as much as anyone I ever knew. Although I wasn't in his troop, his scouts camped out in our timber over Christmas Vacation one year. It was several days and nights that went over New Years. My brother and I both had the opportunity to camp with them and did. Jay was a decent man, he liked to laugh and have fun, but he managed to keep the Amber Creamery and feed service alive longer than anyone expected. My dad was the treasurer for the creamery, and many was the night he was late getting home from the Creamery meeting when it adjourned to the Amber Tavern following the meeting!

Olive Harris
Hope you saw that I posted photos of Olive Harris' marker. The crypt with her husband was so large that I shouldn't have missed it before.

Olive Harris
Hi Wyn. Just wanted to let you know that I am looking for Olive Harris and today I found a Harris family or two. Do you know if Olive was related to: Ora, Orlo, Zena? I also found Elizabeth and Louis. No sign of Olive yet. There is a family monument where Orlo, Ora and Zena are. Its possible that Olive is buried there with no marker. I will keeping looking.

Mary Woolman
I am researching Mary Woolman, because in the 1900 census she was caring for my grandmother, Hazel. She received Hazel as a baby from London, Canada; kept her about 11 years, and then gave her up about 1903, after having cared for her since birth. Do you know anything further to add to this story? I would like to know more about my grandmother. Thank you.
