Rachel, I hope your foot surgery went well and that you are walking without crutches very soon. No rush about looking for Joshua's wife's grave.
Get well,

Joshua Haines #48988225
Thank you, Rachel, for adding the photo for Joshua's memorial. Did you notice if the grave for his wife, Hannah, had a gravestone?

I would like to ask for your permission to use that photo (and others you may have taken of gravestones of my ancestors) in my family tree on Because the photographer has a copyright for each photo, I always ask before using a photo on another web site. I will, of course, put your name as the photographer and the web site of the memorial(s) as the source.

Thank you for considering my request,

RE: Hayden
I don't specifically remember this marker, but looking at the pictures, I see the "by Dennis & Bridget" on the front, but then it appears to have Dennis with date of death and age on the side. Perhaps it was a different Dennis?

Cherry Denton Cemetery
All stones in the Cherry Denton Cemetery that you can read have been added to the Cemetery on Find A Grave. Some of the stones were unreadable in the pictures so I had to chalk them so the text was readable. I photographed all stones in this cemetery the day before Leah Savage posted hers. If you can not read one she posted please contact me and I will post the photo that I took because some of the I could not read without chalking them.

I am slowly working on adding pictures of all the Cherry Cemeteries in the Union Hill community (which there are 5 within about 5 miles of each other). I would also like to have everyone in the correct Cherry cemetery some day.

I am decedent of Cary Cherry who is buried in this cemetery.

I live less than a mile from this cemetery so I can take additional photos at anytime!

I am a Granddaughter of Carry Cherry Sr/ John Mcadoo Cherry/Boyd S Cherry/Eliza Cherry Smith/ Ihave also been looking its hard to believe the Cherrys are every where in court papers on line but still cant find out where they are buried. In court paper Carry Cherry died Intestate in 1859 that means he died without a will is what i have been told. Isabelle Mcadoo Cherry was his wd so that means she didnt die in 1850 when so many has her .Would she have married again ? And it said he was buried in Cherry Cemetery wonder if That in the Denton /Cherry Cemetery in Union Hill becaues thats a older Cherry Cemetery. But planing with Cousin to go to Nashville to look up some older records and with so many kids grandkids as they have that some one dont have sometime on them.I will make them a find a grave and every one that knows who there kids, grandkids great grandkids connect them and maybe we can find what happen to them also John Mcadoo Cherry didnt die in 1875 they are court records they was still in court fighting over his father estate then,Plus it might say when she past becaues her name would had left the claim to estate becaues she didnt heir all her husband (Carry Cherry) estate her kids also did becaues he didnt have a will dying intestate(mean no will) So isabelle Mcadoo Cherry was left to fight with her kids for what should have been hers her husband estate Google Carry Cherry court records Jackson co tenn. Any thing i find i will pass it on. Just connecting the family together will help becaues now i see more & more Whos Whos.Iam like Wow they are also part of the Cherry's. Court paper really tells who their daughters married seeing the last names helps. I seen Jane Barns Hinson granddaughter of carry and isabelle Jane is buried at hinson cemetery but you might have know that her mother ISABELLE CHERRY BARNS ? at clementville cemetery clay co tenn.jane barns name is in court paper for estate becaues her mother died carry & isabelle dau so she would been a heir to carry and isabelle estate i think is right ,you can delete this after you read it this is just me what i have learn about them.
