My journey began in genealogy when working as a Local History Research Assistant at a public library for 3 years. Although, I'm currently an academic librarian with a Master's in Library and Information Science, that passion has not went away. I thoroughly enjoy doing research to find out more about my family, by continuously piecing together new documents found. Being the family historian comes with a responsibility that I do not take lightly. It is my goal to bring my family's history together so that my children, and my family's children will always know who they are and where they come from.
