It was after my brother died in 2002 that I learned about FAG. Since then I have made a point to photograph family graves in Nebraska, where I live, and other locations around the country when possible. When time and the weather permits, I also photograph and record the graves of others.
Please note that I own the copyright on the photographs I have taken and uploaded on FAG, as well as the biographies I have written. You have my permission to use the photographs or biographies for personal, non-commercial use. However, I fully expect you to give me written or verbal credit when you use them, as the situation dictates, or include them in your own genealogical work, just as you would a written source.
Please do not demand that I provide you with an original photograph or a copy of an original photograph. I may oblige a request if it done politely, but I am certainly under no obligation to do so.

 | RE: Huson Hi again, and thanks for SO, so much work. I keep coming across all these graves, SO thrilling and touching, then of course see your initials. I'm extremely grateful, the only way to show it would be to sponser sponser sponser! :) So sorry on the lung condition, there's certainly a family 'tradition' of this- my grgrandmother Mary Huson ( Keep ) lost 2 daughters to TB, one of them was never officially diagnosed as having TB, they just couldn't understand what on earth it was. No treatments in those days which worked like we have. A 'wasting' lung disease, they called it, interesting. My mother has exertional asthma, has always been puffy without ever going to get a diagnosis. She's been afraid to I think because of her mother.Added by annie on May 09, 2013 6:12 PM | | | Bob's boy
 | RE: Duncan Graves @ Resthaven Someone has already created a memorial for Peggy at 101193894. I uploaded a couple of picture to it last night. I also found her sister Esther (Aunt Squeek) and her husband's marker out there and created mem. 108443060. I was able to get to Calf Creek, but ran out of time and couldn't make it back to Hext Saturday, so I don't know about her grave still. I'll definitely make time next trip. I'm sure you didn't know, but, Aunt Sqwueek's son Mack Bradshaw died Mar 27. I created a memorial for him at Find A Grave Memorial# 108443471. He was buried at Calf Creek. The marker hadn't been put up yet when I was there Friday.

 | RE: Betsey Crego Huson Hi SKP,
You're very welcome. I'm trying to return an awful lot of notes here. You won't believe it but I've only just discovered that I have an 'Inbox' here, and there are some terribly old messages for me! Talk about flaky, please excuse!!
Please do feel free to point out to me any graves you might know of which would be 'Keep' or 'Huson', and I'd look into whether or not they are relatives. I like helping Find a Grave by sponsering at least where I can. It's the least I feel I can do, since I seem to be terrible at using the site properly!
Betsey Crego was/is my grgrgrgrandmother, it's just so lovely to find a memorial to her when browsing here, thanks so much!

 | RE: Weissenfluh Thanks so much for getting back to me. Now this intrigues me that you have Weissenfluh in your family. Most retained the "Von" while others did not. My grandmother was Katharina who had one sister Margaretha and 6 brothers from Gadmen area in Switzerland. Her father was Andreas V.W. and her mother was a Schlappi. Family seems to be in Pa., Wis., Calif., Wa., and Ore. Anything click? LindaAdded by Linda O on Mar 10, 2013 8:56 AM | | | Linda O
 | Transfer Hello! Just wonder if you have listed the grave of John A. Weissenfluh #1307924 in Rock Island Nat'l Cemetery. He was a WW II casualty and a family member. Would it be possible to transfer him to me? Don't know if this was set up by Veterans' Association. Any advice is appreciated.

 | RE: Nathaniel & Rachel Polheums Dear SKP (S), Sorry for not being in touch since earlier this year (Mar),,,, but we are 5th cousins, through Joseph & Freelove. My (maternal) line is through Levi, yours through Nathaniel. I've been a bit more focused on my paternal line, but came back to Polhemus's and was trying to update my F-A-G references. I'll be in touch again via direct email, though.
Hope all is well and happy holidays. Jeff | | | Paul Sutton Kamalsky

 | RE: David Longmore's Parents I do not have further info on David Longmore. I am related to his wife Lucy Fields Longmore. If you have information on her family I would be interested in hearing from you again. Sorry I could not be more helpful to you. Jackie | | | | [View all messages...] |
