RE: Thoughts and prayers
Thank you Judy, I appreciate it. Thankfully I had gone out to California in March to see her. Hugs, Rosie

RE: Thinking of you
Thank you Judy. I can't believe it has been almost six months. Having a new grand baby in the house helps to ease our loss. I hope you are doing well, and that you have a wonderful weekend. *Hugs* ~ Sue

RE: Thinking of you
I doubt mine will be that soon, because it isn't mature, or whatever they call it. It is nice seeing better. Has your rain gone away yet? It's beautiful here, but we are getting dry, believe it or not. You might have to send me some of yours.ha I never thought I'd say that after all that rain that just about washed us away earlier in the spring. Hope all are well at your house.I'll visit my little buddies later today. Love Barbara

RE: Wow!
Way cool! I really like learning about all of that stuff, I've always been interested in the Civil War. It would be cool to have a picture of my Greatx3 grandpa. I have a picture of the one who was in the home guards although I can't find his memorial on Findagrave...I might have to make one.

That is amazing! What a great story to pass on! Have you found any information about his service at that time? My great great great grandpa was a Confederate Calvery man and I found out he was a mucisian in the Calvary! My other great great great grandpa was in the Confederate home guards but that is the only information I know about his service.

RE: Thanks
I am from Van Wert and have loads of relatives in Hoaglin and Jackson Townships in Van Wert County. Also some in Paulding Co, Henry Co, and on up your way. I have been working with another Find A Grave contributor on the cemetery in Ottoville and Putnam County in general. (She lives near Oakwood.)

I went to school at BGSU so know northwestern Ohio fairly well. Also had relatives in the Findlay area and around Bowling Green.

But you asked where I live...I am now in eastern Washington...the desert side of the state. But may be coming back sometime soon, since I have been having some health problems. No family out here. Just a few good friends who have been helping me out.
