|Ace||Reminder for William Montgomery Monsell|
Hi! Regarding your photo request, can you please contact the cemetery and obtain the Section, Lot, and Grave Number information, and then post it to your request? Please also ask if there is a grave marker and add that information to your photo request and/or memorial. The Find A Grave FAQs state the photo requestor is responsible to provide this information.
Elmwood Cemetery: (708) 453-0273
This cemetery provides extremely limited assistance to photo volunteers with finding a grave's location. Last year I was able to fulfill almost 200 photo requests at Elmwood through this process. Because the lots in this cemetery are poorly marked, almost no one else ever photographs here. I have only had success here because I have spent literally weeks at a time to learn the intricacies of the layout of this cemetery.
Thank you for helping me to help you.

|Ace||Info for William Monsell|
Hi! Can you please call or e-mail the cemetery and ask for the Section, Lot, and Grave numbers and then add this information to the online record? This helps the photo volunteers to find the grave marker.
Elmwood is a huge cemetery and this information is needed in order to fulfill your request. I have located more than 50 graves at Elmwood for Find A Grave, but I cannot find a grave for you without the burial plot information.
Thank you! Ace

Thanks for the wonderful bio, I'll print it out and take it to my Mom tomorrow, she'll be thrilled to read it. She does remember that Mary had two sons, but doesn't remember their names so maybe this will spark her memory. She does talk a lot about how she loved to go to her "Grandma Mary's" house when she was young.

Thank you, the photograph is wonderful!

I would like to have your permission to make a copy of Mary's photo on her memorial? I would like to take it to show my mother, Barbara Harrison, who as a little girl, was a neighbor of Mary's and she spent many hours with Mary visiting. Mary gave my mom a tiny little walnut chest with porcelain knobs that my mother carried all the way home when she was six years old and still has to this day in a special corner of her home. My mother is now 84 years old and still remembers Mary and how she used to call her Grandma Mary. She will be thrilled to see her picture.

One large stone is between George and Sarah. The one to the far left is their daughter Florence. I created a memorial for her and posted pictures of her stone .

I did go back yesterday and retake those pictures for Sarah and GN hope they are easier to read
