Thank you for sending additional information for his memorial. I love working with people like yourself who share and make it possible for future generations to have as much information as possible. Thank you~

You have them listed at evergreen park cemetery. I checked with the cemetery and they have no record. You should check with St. mary cemetery in Evergreen Park (their neighbors). I suspect they may be there.

Charles Myers
Scott,
Thank you so much for moving the memorial for Charles Myers from the New St. Joseph's Cemetery to the old cemetery at the church.
This mix-up happens quite often, but I can usually tell by the date of death that the grave is too old to be in the new cemetery. I finally learned my lesson after spending countless time looking for grave sites that were not in the new cemetery. I appreciate your help - it all goes to provide accurate information for family history researchers.
Best wishes,
Susan

Evergreen Park
You have made two requests for the Stadter's in Evergreen Cemetery. I have found them in the neighboring cemetery based on grave info you provided. Please change their cemetery to St. Mary's cemetery in Evergreen Park Illinois. Also I found a very old headstone behind there's which has been greatly deteriorated. From the looks of it it has the same last name. I really can't read anything else on it. Going to attach it to Mary's photo request. If you think it's not correct you can remove it.

Estella and Charles Myers
Hello Scott, I received this message from Susan Shown concerning the burial location of Charles and Estella (Aumen) Myers:

"I wanted to let you know that the grave sites for Estella and Charles Myers are not located at the New St. Joseph's Cemetery; they are located at the Old St. Joseph's Cemetery which surrounds the church. They are two separate cemeteries, about 1/2 mile apart. Would you mind moving the memorial for Estella to the Old St. Joseph's Cemetery? Thank you. I hope this helps. -Susan A. Shown"

Estella's memorial has been corrected. As the manager of Charles' memorial, could you edit his cemetery location? Also, I will try to upload the photos of their grave that Susan kindly took so the appear on Charles' memorial as well.

Thanks!

THANK YOU FOR THE TRANSFER. I MIGHT EVEN KNOW YOU. MY SISTERS AND I WOULD GO BACK ON THE FARM A LOT AND PLAY. THEY ARE ALL FAMILY TO ME. IT WAS ALWAYS A TREAT GOING THERE FOR ME. I LOVED THE SUMMER TIME WHEN WE WOULD EAT WATERMELONS AND CANT. TOGETHER.
THINGS ARE REALLY DIFFERENT. MOST OF MY FAMILY IS GONE NOW. WE ARE AT THE END OF THIS CYCLE.
OH BY THE WAY MY REAL NAME IS CINDY IF YOU REMEMBER ME.

THANKS AGAIN.

RE: Photo
Scott: Harry Senft took the photo. I made sure I credited him in the caption of the photo. He has a website, part of Family Hart at: http://midatlantic.rootsweb.ancestry.com/HarrySenft/
Harry has been taking cemetery photos for all cemeteries in York county and putting them online. I, along with others, are helping to index them so you can search on this website for your family photos.

Harry doesn't mind that you include these photos, just make sure you give him credit.

Glad you found your picture!
