Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a veteran of the U.S. Army.

My occupation is serving as CEO of an international healthcare software company.

In my free time, I'm a military researcher / historian whose key area of interest is in the World War II and Korean War eras. However, my overall, never-ending goal is to try to acknowledge the service of all our country's warriors.

In an effort to accomplish this goal, I created the Military Hall of Honor to honor all veterans, living and deceased, and use it along with FindaGrave. Membership is free and available to all who wish to contribute military records, bios, honor the military with tributes, leave remembrances, etc.

My wife, Lee, and I live in Palmdale, CA.

ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one buried there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day. This project is sponsored by Centennial Masonic Lodge.

If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.

Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

Thank you for your message in regards to this memorial. I added my picture to your memorial and deleted mine. You have more information on it and put in all that work so no sense in me copying all of it. :)

Thanks again!

Robert Bumiller
Upon further investigation Robert may have been a son of Carl Bumiller, Carl and Lucile were brother and sister and actually step-children of Anton Rothermich. Thank you

Carl and Lucile Bumiller
I am a distant relative of Anton Rothermich who is buried in Valhalla Cemetery, Bel-Nor, St. Louis Co. His obituary lists as descendents Carl and Lucile Bumiller (I am guessing Lucile was his daughter). When I looked up Bumiller on find a grave I came across Robert who died in Vietnam and was wondering since he is buried in the same cemetery if he may not be Carl and Lucile's son? If you happen to know would you please let me know. Thank you, Angela Flees

My grandfather's grave
Thank you very much for posting info and photos of my grandfather's grave. It means so much to me!
I had presumed he was buried in FL, where he died. Imagine my surprise when I found he is buried in the US Naval Academy Cemetery, just an hour-and-a-half from my home. I plan to visit within a few months.

So very much. My Dad was a honorable man. He loved his country, and family. Thank you so much for what you did. I truly appreciate it.

RE: Wilfred Alan
Uncle Bill, like my father who died yesterday, was a full commander. He commanded an attack sub that earned a"big E" while in his command. They were six years apart at the Academy but both went anti-sub warfare. However my father was a pilot
