Just wondering "Where did my family come from?" is very dangerous. Genealogy has become a passion for me. Allen, Heacox, Martin, Meadows, Mohr, Spurlin, and Stewart are family names that are very close to my heart. My husband & I have been married for 25 years, we have 3 great children, and are faithful to our local church.|

Since you added the photo, I am unable to delete it. You can do that by going to Ola's memorial, clicking on the photo you would like to delete and click on the option to 'delete photo' above the photo. That should do it.
Your photo additions are truly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to locate, photograph and share Evah's grave marker. I use photos of grave markers of my ancestors and their descendants as an additional source in my personal family tree and would like to add this, and any others you may have taken, to my file. May I with your permission use your photo(s)? I will so note that they are from: Find A Grave Contributor Eulaexpress #47111760.
Thank you again for your time & effort, I do very much appreciate it.
You win. I have deleted the memorial for Clayton A. Cook that I created. After reviewing all the census, I realized I was reading his name incorrectly.
You ask who I thought Gertie Cook was since she was the informant on his death certificate. In the 1930 Casey County, KY census - She & Clayborn have 4 children - Willie, Alfred, Kathleen, & Agnes Cook so she is wife #2. The KY Birth Index for Alfred Cook gives his mother's name as Gertie Brown.

Thank you for your inquiry. At this time, I do not believe that Clayborn Cook is the h/o Martha Belle Tanner because of his name & death date.
If you look at the 1910 Pulaski County, KY census, you find that Martha states she is a 42 year old widow with 9 children. That means her husband died before 1910.
I have not been able to find a death record for Clayton A. Cook hence the Burial:Unknown.
Have contacted Charles Lee, Jr. and ask him about this memorial for Clayborn Cook.
I appreciate your interest in this family and making sure our research is correct.

Hi, I just transferred the memorial to you for Julia. I'm related to Nelson. I'll look forward to seeing what else you can add to the memorial. I'm a Spurlin by birth. We related?

Do you mind if I copy it, then flip and put back on? It would probably remove your name or you could try it. Just wondering if that will work. geraldine

# 143280599. Could you flip the marker upright? Thanks, geraldine
