My name is Amber Brandt, I am 35, and I currently reside in Bremerton, Washington with my husband Kyle. Back in 1998 I found Find a Grave, but I didn't become a member until made a page for my dear grandmother Jane Cocca. To all who leave flowers, both my mother and I want to give you a great big THANK YOU!!!! We so do appreciate it. I try to take walks thru the online cemetery to see all the different people. They may not be famous, but they touched the lives of many people.
Also, if you get the chance, please leave some flowers for the fallen sailors of the USS Cole. I am trying to get pictures of those ones who dont have pictures and also sponsoring and making sure ALL of them are famous, not some of them. I guess I have a soft spot in my heart for sailors..my husband, father, (Vietnam) and Grandfather Cocca (WWII) were all sailors, as well as my Grandfather Smith, POW in WWII (Air Force)
With Love and Respect

|Deborah Price||Thank you|
Amber, I was doing some ancestry research and happened across the photo of Ronchester Santiago that I believe you posted. My heart broke once again seeing this memorial, as it did the day I heard the news. Chester served with my son and they were not only roommates, but dear friends. What a wonderful young man whose life was taken way too soon, as were so many that horrific day. Thank you for taking on this special project to honor these brave men and women. God Bless.

Amber, I am a retired Chief Petty Officer and I believe if you go to the base Public Affairs Officer, they will be able to get the released photos of the sailors of the USS COLE. If you still have problems, let me know and we will go about it thru the Chief's Mess. - HMC retired
God Bless you.
Hi just want to thank you for your effort with your special project. You are as special as your project. Thank you.

|Robert Fowler||Thank You|
I appreciate you having a complete virtual cemetery for the victims of the USS Cole attack.
I'm happy for your friendship and compassion
That is the best Christmas present I know
To know that someone cares for you many miles Away and that can bring a smile to you as if you are right next to them.
Something that doesn't cost a thing yet is precious and priceless to me. We know what it is like for joy and pain, laughter and tears
And all the while we know love, happiness, and hope. We have a binding tie that I appreciate.
May you be blessed in the coming year and may you continue to bless me with your kindness and love.

May your thanksgiving be beautiful
Full of family, full of love
Let the memories continue to be the season
Of your life and let the legacy of your beloved
be forever enshrined in happiness and joy
Always in the golden time of day.
Something reminded me to tell someone
Just how special and appreciated they are
It came in quiet and beloved solitude
This message that I convey from the heart
It is a blessing these days to have a friend
Someone who you can laugh, cry, and smile with
I consider you as one of those friends
No matter how near or far or where you are
My prayers and heart be with you
In these critical days and time
That is the push you need to continue
The golden time of day.
