RE: Obituary needed.
Hi, I will do a quick search and see if I can find Marion Ghee's obit. If you noticed the date of death listed on his Find A Grave page is the same date as his wife's. I'm thinking his is incorrect. I will let you know what I find.

RE: Lothrop Hill Cemetery ALLEN/ALLIN/ALLYNs
Hi seekerjay,
I use for my research. Of course seeing the stones for the family all in a row in the cemetery is an added bonus. Thanks for all you do for Findagrave. Have a great day!

RE: Patton Family Burial Grounds
Thank you for the information about the Patton Family Burial Grounds. My g grandmother Jennie & my gg grandparents Cyrus & Sarah K may be in there.
I haven't been able to find them anyplace else in the Newburgh, New Windsor area.
In case people don't tell you often enough, thanks for all that you do to help families locate their loved ones.

Wilson Hunt
"Is this the 28 year old Wilson Hunter who dies at sea Feb 1859 whose body was taken to Hong Kong? Would he happen to be reinterred here (he was from Brooklyn). I know this is a long shot."

I dug around a little more, so to speak, and there are no "Hunter" burials in that plot, only "Hunt" burials. I can some typo ending up on record, but not that many.

Also in this plot:

Also, the Mausoleum's photo clearly shows HUNT, and the graves in front are Hunt relations.

Maybe your guy was really a Hunt not a Hunter? For any more details, all I can suggest is contacting Green-wood itself.

I hope this is helpful... ~S
