If I have added any pictures to any pages that do not look too good and you would like a better picture of the gravestone be sure and ask and I will see if I can possibly get a better picture.
I am a direct descendant of the Richard Haines who left England aboard the ship "Amity" in 1682. He died on the ship and his wife and kids settled in NJ. Richard was my 6th Great Grandfather. There are a lot of Haines in the US from this Richard. Nathan Haines of OH was my Gr Grandfather. Ebenezer Haines who married Rebecca Berry was his father. Nathan Haines married Sarah Iiams in Grant Co., IN. I have also done a lot of research on the Iiams name. My Grandfather E. Morton Haines was born in Grant Co., IN in 1865 and moved to OR in 1892 where he lived out his life. I have a lot of family connections to Grant Co., IN.

Thank you very much (Ingeborg P. Swanson)
Hi Nathan,

Thank you so much for the photos of Ingeborg P. Swanson at Lincoln Memorial. I really appreciate it!! She was my great-grandmother.

No, the graves next to hers are not related, although her husband, Nels Swanson, is also buried at Lincoln Memorial.

I think the flowers may have been left by her granddaughter.

Thanks again!

Debra

Palandri grave markers
Thank you very much for photographing this grave marker for me. I have been searching for this grave for some time now. I noticed that you included that Frank Palandri was buried there as well. I assume that this was reasoning behind the inclusion of the two graves in the other photo.

Thanks you once again.

Hembree Thank You
Isn't it wonderful when things come together like that?

I always make it a habit to look around whatever gravestone I'm working on to see what else may be nearby and it sounds like you found a treasure trove. Thank you for your contribution!

Transfer! Yikes! Me, and my big keyboard!
First, thank you for the work you are doing on Find A Grave. I wish more had your "business model." The numbers (almost 5,000) you are producing are not just numbers. You are quality and content too!
Second, Thank you for Elizabeth. That is sacred ground for myself and a small group pursuing the story Of Martha Jane Hagler ( http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr&GRid=53002687 ) through her daughter, Bertha Sierck. I'll try not to let you down.
Bless you, and have a great week.
