Update - March 18, 2015.. My hand is not there yet.. going to a nuerologist at the end of this month... The great things is that I can again type and work on my Find a Grave friends. I especially enjoy it when I find Mom's, Dad's, Siblings, Grandparents, etc.. family.. and can either connect or make new sites and then connect them to my MIA's and KIA hero's. That is what I am busy working on RIGHT NOW.. |
Thank God and thank you all for your prayers.

Not complaining my friend. I've checked periodically to see if you had updated your status and I'm glad you have some typing abilities back. Wish you luck at the neurologist. Takes 6 months to get a appointment with one here. So wonderful that you are getting better. Any time I visit one of your sites, I can immediately tell whose it is. You should copyright your style (and class).
|Janice Harter Baker||Samuel James Baker|
The write-up looks great, my husband is pleased. Just one more minor correction, Jimmy was not a "Jr.". His dad was Samuel Joseph Baker.
Thank you so much for establishing and maintaining this memorial and all the others.

Thank you for the response. My husband, his brother, is very confused by the description. First, his brother never smoked nor had a red car. He also never heard the term "Florida Flash". He is going to try and locate the yearbook and read for himself. He thinks they probably had someone else in mind.
Thank you anyway. Jan Baker

Your description for Jimmy is not correct. He was not known as the Florida Flash, he did not have a red car, was not in Denver and never smoked. This must be someone else. Please remove. Thank you, Jan Baker, email@example.com
|Michelle St.Thomas||Corporal Holt|
Hi, I am looking for info about my father who was a Vietnam Veteran. He left this message:
2/260th, 9th Inf. Div., 1968. Seeking Doc Neal Gregerson from Texas. I need your help for PTSD claim about the night Holt got killed on night ambush. Doc Perkins, California, and the rest of you guys, drop me a line. Contact: Norman J. Lewis, 652495, 1100 F.M. 655, Rosharon, TX 77583.
I was wondering if you knew anything about him and his relationship to Holt. Thanks for your help.

|valfour||Conflict: Roy Dean Sikkink|
There are two Find-A-Grave entries for Roy Dean Sikkink. One says he is buried in Floral Haven Memorial Gardens in Broken Arrow and one says he is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa. One shows a headstone with just the name 'Sikkink' and the other shows dates & more.
Can you verify which is correct?
I'm the webkeeper for VAL-4 and want to add the information to the Memorial Page on the squadron's website.

You are very welcome...The Mexico Ledger has a very nice write up today in the newspaper, along with his photo. He was never forgotten in Mexico and Centralia where he had lived...It was awesome all the notes people put on Facebook...amazing...
Thank you for adding him to Find A Grave...
