I live in Texas and am a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans Robert E. Lee Camp #239 and the Order of Confederate Gray Honor Guard as well as working with the SCV Graves Registery. |
I am interested in all aspects of Graveyard, Gravestone care and cleaning and Family history. I enjoy finding those long lost forgotten graveyards. Special attention always given to our Confederate Veterans.
"Lest we forget in our hearts they perish not"

I am a member of the UDC and have conducted the Iron Cross ceremony here in Tennessee for a sister member who has passed - it was on her bucket list to honor her great grandfather.
I chose to join the Nathan Bedford Forrest chapter in Noblesville, Ind. They are so active and my husband and I are originally from Ind.
Note that I took several May family pictures and put them on the site. Week Christmas, we had a reenactment of the battle of Sugar Creek - not far from me - Sugar Creek was officially the last battle in Tennessee as General Forrest fought to get his men home.
Just wanted to say thank you so very much for taking time out to photograph Beverly's marker. It means so very much! Your work is truly appreciated!

You are quite welcome.
If you haven't done so already,
take a look at the Memorials for
Walter Turnage (#53287851)
Sylvia Turnage (#53287550).
Both buried at the Rose Hill site.

Thanks for looking! Appreciate your time!!

Just a note to thank you for the wonderful photo! Everything is perfectly clear!
Thank you, too, for the information re: Edward D. Neely. A lengthy overview of the Neely family indicated that both he & his wife Judy were buried in Crowley Cemetery. I couldn't locate him on Find-a-Grave. Edward was living in OK 30 years after Judy died. I'll research there.
Blessings on your family adventure!

I will be happy to change it. However I can not find the memorial. could you send me the link please.
I added a Philip Edward Benedict II #119956877
that was very close to the other Benedicts I added photos for you. Not sure if there is a relation or not.
|Ruth Ellis-Morgan||RE: Albany Morgan|
It has been several years since we wrote back and forth. Every time I see your name I think "I should write Barry and see how he is doing". I'm not sure but I think we hooked up on the Morgans' if not them then it was probably Kilgore
I am Ruth Ellis Morgan. email@example.com
