Thanks Sharon for your picture, unfortunately I can't tell if he was a 307AEB, 82nd airborne during the WW2 . I'm pretty certain he is the hero I look after , same name, same Birth year, same state ... If one day you find his obit could you contact me ?

RE: George Wade, Memorial Park Cemetery
Hi Sharon,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. Yes, if George Wade is buried in the same plot as Kenneth F. Wade Sr. than is he my wife's g-grandfather. Kenneth was my father-in-law's first cousin. George was the father of Homer Wade, who was the father of Kenneth. You will see that I have created memorials for Homer's branch of the family. I was not aware that George was buried in the same plot.

If you could please transfer management of Geoge's memorial than I can fill in the details. If you want to maintain management I can send the details to you in an email. Either way.

Thanks for your work in posting these memorials. It helps people like me find gravesites in distant states.

Thank you so much for visiting Ft. Custer National Cemetery for me a getting the photo of Frank & Beatrices gravesite. I live in Florida and rely heavily on my Friends at Find A Grave in looking up relatives back home in New York and other Great Lakes States.
I would like to request your permission to use your photo in my unpublished personal family tree.
Thank you again for volunteering.

Thank you so much for the photo. I truly appreciate it.
I love how we can pick up bits of info from the headstone. I had totally forgotten that his wife's name was spelled that way, lol.
Thanks again.
