For over the last two weeks, every time I open the Findagrave site, my computer says there is malicious software associated with the site. Several times it caused my computer to stop. I had a hard time trying to find out who to email about this, but I hope it can be fixed. I use this site daily and it is a wonderful gift for those doing family research.
Thanks for all you do with Findagrave.

|E49||RE: FindAGrave Tombstone Logo Replaced By Ancestry '3 Leaf Twig' Logo|
Dear Russ Dodge,
Your first reply was understandable, but your kind second reply about the Tombstone logo replacement being an inadvertent programming error is not only wonderful news, but more importantly shows that even with Ancestry having bought FindAGrave, your heart and soul are still firmly focused on continuing to make sure that your all's creation not only survives, but continues to get better!
I just looked up to notice that 'our' Tombstone logo is back where it belongs! ;-)
Thank you and all the staff for for all you have done to make FindAGrave the fine site it is today.
Always, in FindAGrave brotherhood,

I couldn't find a place for this comment, so I looked to the staff.
I am A FIND A GRAVE (as "Find A Grave" HEREIN) worker and I always have my camera GPS on when I take photos. I would like to suggest that Find A Grave post in the GUIDELINES for workers that they turn on the GPS when taking photos. This would give the requester the actual GPS coordinates of the location of the photo.

|K&LB||Joseph Campbell Jr #168234357|
I really need your help. Its too important to me to address it to the email address given in "Help with Find A Grave". Something has happened to the original memorial for the above person, Joseph Campbell Jr, which was created by Vonnie Cantrell and transferred to me last year. The above number (168234357) is NOT the original number which Vonnie created. Somehow the memorial Vonnie created and transferred to me, a descendant of Joseph Campbell Jr, was "merged" into this one recently created in August 2016. All the information I added to Vonnie's original creation has totally disappeared except for the flower I left and the flower Vonnie left when Vonnie transferred it to me. The only way this could have been done is if someone from findagrave did the merge! I don't understand this and its making me sick. There was NO REASON for this to have been done. Please please find out for me how this happened! I desperately want to recover ownership of my ancestor's memorial that VONNIE CANTREll created and transferred to me. All the best, Lynne

Thank you so very much for the transfer. This means more to me and my family more than you ever know. God Bless!
|hossadeeregirl||Can you please check?|
Good Afternoon Russ,
We have been trying to contact Greyhound Club since July 2014. There are also countless others that are trying to reach them also. Please look at her profile page to see if she is active. I have been asking for James G. Brown (79670327) a Civil War Veteran who is also my Great Great Grandfather since this time also. Thank you very much. Have a great day.

I knew when I put pictures on my find-a-grave memorials that they were likely to be copied. You insist that only pictures that I own can be put there by me and great for you, you give me credit. I love the memorials I have created and tend.
I also am a member of Ancestry. To my surprise, I just found a family tree that "ripped" off over 60 of my pictures and put them on their tree like they own them. I really resent this and did contact the person about giving me credit for those pictures. I intend to also send this information to Ancestry.com.
My question to you---What more can you do to right protect our pictures and memorials from being ripped off by unscrupulous people? Please respond, I am really angry about this.

|Fayette ||Dr. George Augustus Quinby|
In researching my family I came across the name of Quinby which I believe is the family that owned or my great-grandfather worked for. I noticed you have a picture of the cemetery but no grave marker - is there a way to contact the contributor of the information concerning the family so I can see how my great -grandfather Andrew J Henderson came to work for him - and who his parents were.
