Hi all. I've had an interest in family history since I was very young. Following my grandfather's death in 1994, my aunt gave me some of his old records, including a baptismal certificate that was written in Polish. It was then that I began doing some serious research into my Borowski, Schorer, De Lille, and Day family lines. I feel very strongly about remembering and paying tribute to those who have gone before.|
Please take a moment to visit my unforgettable mother:
Marie Constance De Lille Burke
My beloved brother:
Richard Michael "Rick" Burke
Henry De Lille
Elise "Elsie" Day De Lille
John Anthony Borowski
Mildred Mary Schorer Borowski Bowen,
A sincere thank you goes out to all the kind souls who leave flowers and messages on the memorials I've posted here, and also to the many wonderful people who are so willing to voluntarily post photos of my loved ones' headstones. It truly means more than I could ever say.

Today, I received your request for a photo of this individual. I went to the Cemetery listing in your posting and I sorry to report, that she is not buried there.
However, the staff at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens, were able to provide me with the following information reference Gerda. She was cremated at Riverview Abby, located in Portland, OR., and her ashes were forward to the Woodlawn Cemetery, in Colma, CA.
Hope this information helps.

Hello, Mr. Burke,
Would it be OK for me to include your photo of Lt. Williams grave in a short article about him which will be a Memorial Day piece for the 142nd Fighter Wing of the Oregon Air National Guard? The wing would post it on their public website, at: http://www.142fw.ang.af.mil/
Of course we would be happy to credit it to you. No profit or money is involved in this memorial effort, to let you know.
