Would you please consider transferring management of my cousin's memorial to me? I have a correction to the spelling of his first name and also have some biographical information to include that could benefit future family history researchers. Thank you for allowing me to manage Giacomo's cousin, Domenico Bruno's (sic Brund) memorial. Carol in Arizona
|L Rogers||Hello again|
question on Edward. I have 2 other places that show Edward as born in North Carolina in 1803 instead of 1791 (through the 1850 census which shows an age of 47)? Any ideas on this? Is there a way to leave private messages instead of posting for all to see?

I am related through Caswell's son James Harvey and either Minta Arilla Harvey, Minita Arilla Harvey, or Misstie A. Harvey, (lol I have seen it all three spellings and no trace of any of them through Find A Grave). Any way James Harvey's daughter, Myrtle May married Everett Rogers, and they had my father Franklin Eugene Rogers, and I was the result of his marriage to Virginia Laurence. My next question would be who is Malatia? that is a new name for me.

Greetings, I am wondering if this is the same Pritchett that is the father of Caswell Pritchett. (Caswell would be my great great grandfather.) If he is, do you know where Katherine (Scroggins)Pritchett fits in? Or am I barking up the wrong family tree?

|Elizabeth Kaeton||RE: title correction|
Thank you for taking care of that detail.
My great grandfather spelled his name Caetano. When my grandfather came to this country - via Boston - he said the nice Irish man spelled it Kaeton. No one can figure out why, exactly. It got changed to Caton and then somewhere along the line (probably when my grandfather learned enough English to understand and speak), he said that my grandfather's name was Caetano Souza, so the name was legally changed to Souza.
By then, four children had been born Kaeton and had their names legally changed to Souza, but many, like my father, went by Caton Souza. Gotta love this country's immigration system (Not!). It's been broken for a long, long time.
My father's people are from the Azores: Ribera Grande and Pico. My mother's people are from Azores (same islands) as well as Lisbon and Coimbra and some from up north in Porto.
It's a small world, after all.

In my mother's obituary, I would like to be listed as Dr. Elizabeth Kaeton, as my sister Diane is listed with her title. Neither of my other two siblings have titles. I had my doctorate at the time of her death. My mother was very proud that two of her children had earned doctorates. I'd like to make sure she continues to smile from heaven.
|Rita Nicholson||RE: Thank you: Correcting and Updating|
Wow, what a wonderful thing to say about me. Your kindness is welcome and appreciated. At the time, I felt too shy and awkward to think anything positive about myself. Funny, how teenage self-analysis can be so warped. Thank you. I am certain you have always been beautiful inside and out and you commitment to this site proves it.
It would be a great honor to have the transfer made. I have been very busy on gathering our family history for future family members to see and it is my hope to have it completed before I too join those that have passed.
It would be great to keep in touch. I don't often get other to Wallace, but when I do, it would be great to have coffee and a chat.
Warmest wishes always,

You are most welcome, love all your forms of "thank you." You're adorable!
|Edie Bisbee||Lucy Ann Oliver Hatch|
I found this site quite by accident and was amazed to see the photo you posted of Lucy Ann Oliver Hatch, who was my great, great grandmother. This is very exciting! Would it be possible to get a copy of it? Please let me know how I might go about that.
Are you a member of Ancestry.com? I have found quite a bit of family information there. If so, I'd enjoy sharing my family tree with you.
|Marie Gerdeman||Emma Caton Flint|
I've been researching my half-sisters family, and Emma is her grandmother. Emma was married to Lewis Flint, and they divorced, he didn't die. They both remarried. He married Anna Jones Wilson. Do you know who Emma married? The info you have on Emma's mother and father is somewhat the same as I got from another source. The parents of Manuel were not listed and Ida's parents were differant. Perhaps the other source got it wrong. Any info you have or I can give to you, please let me know. Thank you and reagards,
