Bio and Links
Bio Photo As a child in Fannin Co, Texas my family with my father's parents went to Oakwood cemetery once a month. Outside the gates was large boxes with shovels, rakes and other tools. This was in the 1930's and 40's. The cemetery was all dirt during this time. We pulled the weeds, cleaned and raked the graves, and planted flowers. My brothers and I loved hearing the stories of our relatives as we did our cleaning.

Della Dunaway
Jeneva: Regarding the flower note you posted on Pamela Jane (Mitchell) Dunaway's memorial (#36784644), could you provide info on Della's two husbands? We believe the 1st was Grant Allison, but we have nothing on him, and we do not know which Ledbetter she married.

Hi Jenevia
I emailed you at the address on your contributor page. Did you get it? I've sent you several edits while adding photos to your memorials. I've added some in addition to the ones you had requested.

Clyde Stover
I wonder why Clay Stover born 21 August 1932 was not mentioned. His father was Clyde Edward Stover 1912-1988 and his mom's name (my Aunt) Anna Mae Garrett leach. They were never married. She was born in 1912 and left this world in 2001. As a little girl in the early 60s she would talk about Clyde to us.
Clay is alive today and doing well. He is 82 years old. He has 2 boys and 1 girl and several grandchildren.

Billy Rohde
Billy was killed in a accident on July 04 1959. A friend of mine dated his younger sister. Her mother, Louise Dennis, would never let her leave the house on July 04. Louise was married to Austin Dennis, the lived just east of Loomis. I believe billy went to Tonasket high school, class of 59.

Thanks for the feedback, the information is correct just wondered who sent it. That was not correct. I am related but not according to Find A Grave guidelines so if you want to transfer that's fine but if not I certainly understand.

I was wondering if the Franics Lowery was a teacher in Oklahoma. I might be one of his students.

Mary Lola Gibbons
I am intrigued by the bio that is from Dixiemadame stating that Myrtle G Walker stated Mary Lola was her baby sister. I grew up knowing Aunt Myrtle's grandsons, Kerry, Randy, and Kenny because my mom and their mom's were 2nd cousins so I am wondering who the "dixiemadame" is that said Myrtle was her grandma, maybe I'm forgetting something. Only person I can think of female would be Myrtle's great grandma- Laila, which is Kerry's daughter.

Penny Pryor

My great grandma Della Gibbons and the father of Mary Lola were brother/sister.
