Bio and Links
Bio Photo Just a note on the interments and photos. Some are family, some are friends and MANY others are people that I did not know. If you find any errors or want to add information to the person, please let me know.

I was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and have been working on genealogy for almost 60 years.

My love of genealogy began as a young teenager.

I enjoy just driving into a cemetery and reading the headstones and wondering about the history of the person.

I would be willing to take or retake a 'close up' photos of headstones in the cemeteries around Metro Denver.

At the present time we are working on Ft. Logan National Cemetery in Denver, Colorado. It might be a life long job but enjoying the challenge.

WE WILLINGLY MAKE TRANSFERS WITHIN THE 4 GENERATION "FIND A GRAVE" GUIDELINES WHICH ARE:
Spouses, Parents, Brothers and Sisters, Children, Grand-children, Grandparents, and Great-grandparents. Please use the "EDIT" tab to ask for EACH transfer. PLEASE STATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP TO THE DECEASED.

Our thanks to all of you who have sent additional information for the memorials.

If you 'find' one of your family member that has a photo of the headstone, I would love to hear from you.

Please know that you are free to USE the photos.

Enjoy Life -- It is too short.

Sincerely,

S.McCoskey

RE: The Brattons
Will do both, and others that may be in the same lot. Providing location, sec and lot #, is what helps. Should be this week. jjm

I believe the record for Polly Mahala Hamilton Wilson:

Created by: S. McCoskey
Record added: Jul 20, 2010
Find A Grave Memorial# 55217775

should be merged with the one for Mary Mahala Hamilton Baker:

Maintained by: cjgriffith

Find A Grave Memorial# 7874891

I'm not sure how that should be handled. I will send a similar message S. McCoskey so that maybe the two of you can work it out.

Thanks,
cmk

Jonathan Scott in Spearville KS cemetery
I see you have something on the Spearville KS Cemetery. Do you know anything about the Jonathan Scott buried there? One of my ancestors is Rev Jonathan Samuel Scott of Kansas - would he be the same one?

Frances E Bradder memorial #27819410
Let me try this again. Frances was a cousin of my Grandpa. Her maiden name was Jagger, daughter of William Henry and Stella Jagger. William's mother was also named Frances, maiden name Weidenhammer. Her sister, Elizabeth Ann Weidenhammer, married Albert Straub, and were my grandpa's (Clarence Straub) grandparents.
While this Frances is not a close relative, still I would like to post the picture of her headstone, along with her husband's, to my Ancestry.com profile page. I am in the habit of placing on each picture the name of the contributor, and their Find a Grave cont. number on the headstone, in a visible, yet not obvious, place. Do I have permission to use these photo's?

Transfer & thank you
Hello,
I am so sorry, I don't know how it slipped past me...I neglected to thank you for the transfer of:
Millie P. Brassfield # 80499107
With your help, she has been "reunited" with her parents, her two brothers and her son.
As I receive new information I will be adding it to OUR shared memorial.
With sincerest appreciation,
Marcia
