I must of miss spoked. he "Married" as he was the priest that married my great Aunt and her husband to be.
I was able to find the church that he married them at. St. Joseph in Detroit.
|Claudia Seymour||Rev. Joseph Maier|
I see that you created the memorial for the Rev.
Joseph Maier. Do you know anything about him? He married my great grand Aunt in 1912, two years after he was ordained. I am trying to find what church he was at in 1912. I would love to find out the church where my Great Grand Aunt was married at.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi b g
Took a walk in Montrose Cemetery with a list of request and saw a headstone with Joseph and Elizabeth Naegle, (Neagle not a typo) but there were no birth or death dates. Behind that stone was another stone with an Ernst 1830 - 1908 and Elizabeth Naegele 1837 - 1905 with the headings Father and Mother. Your's? Not Your's? Please let me know.

Hello. The dates and places you have listed here pertain to my g-g-grandfather. George Kastner (also known as Geo). You'll find him here: Find A Grave Memorial# 69533003 along with part of his family. his father Daniel Kastner, mother and older siblings were, I think, from Strasseburg. Perhaps your "Joe" and mine are one in the same?

try e-mailing them at www.thewoodlawncemetery.org
They are very strict about not answering location questions to non-family members for free. Sorry.

|James (Jim) F. Kelly||RE: Julia Bauer Vogel|
You are very welcome. I had not been out to take pictures in a cemetery in over a month and so took some yesterday.
I'm glad I found Julia's grave marker.
