|Southerngal78||Robert (Bob) Wiggins Memorial #21079965|
There are two separate Robert Wiggins in Swain County, NC area in the 1910s-1920s. Robert Wiggins (Memorial #21079965) who has been connected to Gertrude Gibson (Memorial # 126735456) is not the correct Robert Gibson for her. This Robert (Bob) Gibson has a death certificate which states that his parents are Sherrill Gibson and Laura Queen. It also states that he never married. Sherrill & Laura Wiggins are also listed in this same cemetery (Coweeta Baptist Church). There are other records that show him connected to this Sherrill and Laura Wiggins.
Gertrude Gibson should actually be connected to Robert Washington Wiggins (Memorial # 126735456). If you look at the headstone of both Robertís and Gertrudeís, it will show a similar headstone, both located at the Swain Memorial Park Cemetery. Death records and cemetery records support that Robert W Wiggins is also the one connected to the parents, Moses Albert Wiggins and Mary Rains.

|Janis Mahaffey||Burrell family|
JoAnn, can you please contact me at email@example.com regarding the Burrell family? I have just recently learned they are a branch of my family: Faraby Angeline Burrell Reed, son was Sam Reed, married Martha Henry, daughter was Lina Jane Reed Mason Stone, my grandmother. Thank you so much for the photo of Faraby and Hulda Denton! Janis Kirby Mahaffey

I am the Great Great Granddaughter of Dr Merald Leonidas McCoy who was the son of John Julius McCoy and Myra Malissa (Crisp) McCoy. I suspect that Malissa & Julius J McCoy and possibly many more of my McCoy ancestors are buried in The McCoy Family Cemetery. Would you know who owns the land Malissa and Julius J McCoy lived on so that I may try to contact who owns that land and cemetery today? I am hoping for pictures of the Headstones there or a list of who all is buried there. Its in Burningtown , Macon, NC. I have a picture of The McCoys and Dowells on the property there at their home..Myra Malissa Crisp McCoy is one in the pic..as is Lolita Dean..etc...and on the other side of the porch its labeled Dowell's..I see that you added some Dowell's to this find a grave cemetery and its got me wondering if these are the Dowells buried there..with the McCoys
Thank you for accepting my recent edit requests for the Whitmire cemetery. Just wanted to let you know that you are appreciated ! And what a joy to visit the Whitmire cemetery ! A hidden treasure !

|Cassie Clark||Howard Dennis Cochran|
Hello! I think there's a mistake with one of your postings and thought you might want to double check. Harold Dennis Cochran #16741218 buried in Macon County. I believe this is my Uncle Howard. The dates/names match up, but the first name is possibly a typo. There is a memorial for him with the correct information posted in the Mount Zion Baptist Church Cemetery of Haywood County. Just wanted to give you a head's up.
