I have been researching family genealogy for 35 years and am very glad to share all the family and other info I have. You are very welcome to download and use any family photos, headstone photos, or documents posted on any of my memorials or other postings for your personal records and tree. I do like pertinent death certificates, wills, or similar documents posted to my memorials to help support/document the information listed in the memorial. This usually adds more detail, documentation, and life to the memorial. It also often helps document family relationships and may even include personal descriptive info and autograph. However, the documents should be trimmed/cropped to remove black edges, blank spaces, or edges to provide a cleaner and larger appearance and view. You will find all of my documents done this way. I am willing to trim any documents for you if you are unable to do so by simply emailing them to me for editing.|

The place of birth says Pennsylvania; I do not add more info than found on my listed sources.
|Bradley Swiger||Would like to add to your work|
My Name is Brad Swiger and I believe we might be related. My Grandfather is listed on this website and I saw you referenced as the builder.
My Grandfather is Forrest Webster Swiger
His father was John Benton Swiger, who you posted a picture of. I can add information past Forrest, his children (my father, Aunt and Uncle), and myself and my brother.
Feel free to give me an email, email@example.com
|Linda Hickman||RE: Albert Hickman burial site|
Thank you so much! Yes, it would make sense that it is Albert. This is very encouraging.
I will e-mail the affidavit to you in the next few days. I always need help with those things, and he will be here to help me this week.
I also have death certificates for Lawrence T Mann B-12-24-1880 D-1-25-1924, Austin B. Mann B-4-18-1840 D-6-18-1918. Not sure if I have one for my aunt Erma[Mann]Frock, but will look. If you need these.
Again, thank you so much for the memorial and for your quick response. It mean a lot to my family!
|Linda Hickman||Sarah Johnson Hickman|
Sorry, I forgot to answer your questions about Sarah. I do have a copy of her death certificate and she is buried in the Burnside Cemetery in Avalon, Mo. She also remarried to Zachariah Mann 5-19-1876.
|Linda Hickman||RE: Albert Hickman|
Thank you so much for your reply. I thought I had a death certificate for Albert, but it is a general affidavit. It states that T.J. Lowers and N.J. Lowers witnessed the death 4-23-1874 at Cairo, W.Va and the burial 4-24-1874 at what was know as " Mount Graveyard" near Murphytown W.Va. I believe the affidavit was to help Sarah obtain a pension for Albert's service in the civil war.
Sarah came to Missouri with her father Richard Johnson, her brother George, and son Charles who was my grandfather.
I am asking for patience as this is all new to me. I just caught the "bug" from my brother who has been doing this for some time. He lives where the internet service is not good at all. So I am trying to help.
Thank you again!

My great grandmother is Sarah Catherine Johnson-
Hickman. Her husband Albert Hickman. According to
his death certificate he is buried in the Mount Cemetery Murphytown, WV., but he is not listed as being there. I don't know if you would know if there are any unmarked graves in the Johnson or Lowers plots. Her sister Nancy Lowers, and her husband Thomas are witnesses on the certificate.
We have been trying to find him for a long time.
If you have any info it would be greatly appreciated!!
|Gale Hunt||GEORE LEE|
Cold you please delete Father and Mother from George Lee's site? I thought that John and Mary Lee were his parents, but I was wrong. Sorry to have bothered you.
|GLENDA EISENHOUR||Wm Higginbotham d 1840|
Thank you for your edit. Before making this change, would you please provide the source for the place of death being Tyler Co. I know he was living in Tyler, but did not have that as the place of death. Thank you.
|Barbara Mckee||Rachael Elizabeth Hughes Laughery|
Just wanted to thank you for posting the death certificate for my great grandmother Rachael Hughes Laughery.
Are you a relative or do you just like to do research?
By the way my name is Barbara Price Mckee and Great grandma Rachaels daughter Tessie was my grandma...Dads mom.
I had to do research for a long time to find any info at all on Grandma Tessie but there is more now.
Strange to me was the fact that Grandma Tessie wasnt listed in any of the Census info that I came upon.
And there is an air of mystery around WHO my grandpas biological dad was.
Do you happen to remember anything you might have learned about Grandma Tessie if you actually did learn anything bout her?
Sorry this got to be a bit longer than I planned on.
Oh yes and the original question... Are you family or just a researcher at heart?
