|Due to the many photos I have updated, and therefore memorials created, there are always lots of emails with additional information. We all make mistakes, but please check your information... I've received complaints about information provided by others. IF you want edits, indicate what you want done (not just to me, but to whomever you email). Sending a note that says "frank was the h/o janie" isn't helpful and will only get deleted. THANKS for your understanding.|
I enjoy genealogy and share what I can. I've appreciated the information I've found here, and just want to give back by contributing.
REGARDING TRANSFERS, EDITS, QUESTIONS, ETC., USE THE EDIT LINK ON THE MEMORIAL PAGE. I'm not making transfers or requests from comments page.
Please let me know (once) if you find a mistake or have additional information/corrections BY SELECTING THE EDIT LINK ON THE MEMORIAL PAGE. You needn't send repeated requests. I might not get to corrections right away, but I do get to them.
Please indicate your relationship to transfer requests... I am related to some of these people too! :0
Thanks... and Happy Hunting!

Kent Kooi and I have been doing research on the men of the 4th Iowa Cavalry for over three years. We would also like to ask your permission to use your headstone photo of Jonathan Davis in a Power Point presentation we are putting together to donate to the historical societies in several Iowa counties. We would credit the photo as "Courtesy of Ahwahneeliz" or your name if you'd care to share. Please let me know and thank you for your help.

Your photo of this tombstone shows evidence of repair, but since then the stone has broken into 3 pieces. Soon caring Davis descendents who live through the U.S. will have the stone replaced.
We have each visited Mt. Moriah and this grave site. The new stone is designed to closely replicate the orininal. Eventually we will have a photo of the replacement which we will want to share with you.
Thank you for your interest.

Thank you very much for the Transfers of my gg grandmother, Sophia Reddick Hill, my gg aunt Isabel Hill, and my ggg aunts Elizabeth and Dealia Hill. Since Isabel, Elizabeth and Dealia never married and have no descendants, I truly appreciate the opportunity to honor their memory and manage them together with their family.
Thank you also for all your work managing so many Memorials.
