 | RE: Margaret Bringel GGNC Thank you for the information. I have requested a photo, and it has been "claimed", so I guess she has a separate marker. | | | Dan Hopkins
 | RE: George Starr @ GGNC Theresa,
If it wouldn't be too much, I would be happy to have the memorial transfered to me.
George was the youngest of 12 siblings, born in 1900. He had a middle name, but no one ever used it, so it has been lost to history. Actually, he was never even called George. He went be a nickname he hated, "Twinkle". I joked with my grandfather once that may be the reason he moved to California, to get away from his family and the hated nickname.
Thank you.

 | Orville S Lander Thanks for the pictures or Orville and Louise's grave markers. They are much appreciated. Is it alright to use the pictures on my Ancestry.com site? | | | Von Mings Stachon
 | Memorial Magdalena Thompson I recorded the Holy Ghost (Holy Spirit) Cemetery in 2001 and received an email yesterday from Alan Leventhal (alan.leventhal@sjsu.edu), College of Social Sciences, San Jose State University, April 17, 2013. Alan is the Muwekma Ohlone Tribe's ethnohistorian.
Alan said Magdalena Armija Marshall Thompson was a major Muwekma Ohlone Indian Elder.
I would appreciate it if you would make this information available on her memorial. | | | | [View all messages...] |
