Bio Photo ME

I joined this site in honor of my daughter, Marie, who I adopted in 1980 at 2 days old. She lit up our lives for 21 years and then she was gone. Life cut short by heart disease. I invite you to visit her memorial by clicking on her name.

I want to say THANK YOU to everyone that adds to or updates any of the memorials I have created. Since the edits are so numerous it would take alot of time to respond to each individually so this is to let you know you are appreciated.

I will add any info and/or links needed for any memorial I have created in a timely manner as I feel these are important for those looking to identify if that certain memorial is their loved one.
NOTE: *******I am always happy to transfer to family/friends, just please tell me if you are a relative or friend to the person when asking to have a memorial transferred. If you are just needing to add info, I am happy to do so.

ALL CEMETERY PHOTOS TAKEN BY ME AND ADDED TO MEMORIALS ARE GIFTS. FREE FOR FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE FOR ANY REASON, EXCEPT FOR PROFIT.

RE: photo challenge
Well, maybe this is a good time to show you this Halloween pic of my son and I. Note the toxic look at 285 lbs...I've even turned green!...lol. It was my attempt at being a quasi Dr Seuss. But seriously, most of this weight turned out to be mostly water retention from accumulated toxins that I got rid of a several years later(more to that story). I can't emphasize enough, that it is primarily from a lifetime of toxins, in addition to the food that is offered(regardless of how 'good' your diet is). The food supply in recent decades, and ever so more, is toxic. I'm therefore convinced an initial program of detox and ongoing maintenance is needed. Most disease processes are asymptomatic for years before you notice it, so don't wait; otherwise it can be very painful and treacherous trying to reverse the disease process and recover from the damage. Initially, a 'consistent' daily regimen of protein whey, once or twice a day for about 6-12 weeks or more(sorry to say, I don't believe smoothies will do it). I simply stir it in water. BTW, the whey sold in health clubs for body builders(I was one of those) is for the most part toxic and has been heated/damaged, etc. It is designed to bulk up the body much like cows before the slaughter. Specifically, the whey has to be cold pressed/filtered, from healthy cows grazing on organic grass growing on nutritional soil. As I stated before, a pure whey such as this, has 'unaltered' specific amino acids important for detox and cellular repair not found in other foods....so, it is necessary for everyone, not just body builders. So give it a try and let me know when you do.

As for the alleged allergy to iodine; you wouldn't exist if you were devoid of iodine in your system. It's always been in you all your life. It is an essential element. Since you may have been avoiding iodine, you might want your doctor to test your thyroid function to see if you are hypothyroid, if he hasn't done so already. There are different forms of iodine. Sounds like you had it injected IV in the past?...and of course, some people will react to a bolus like that, and perhaps fatally with a toxic dose/allergy. Are you allergic to shell fish? Nascent iodine, in it's natural crystalline state, is found in deposits thousands of feet under ground. It is millions of years old and is pure as can be, therefore not contaminated by modern pollutants. The same is true of Himalayan salt. It is pink because it has bio compatible iodine in it that is also good for us. All cells need iodine to function, as do the organs; especially the thyroid. It also protects you from other toxic halogens(eg., Fluorine, Chlorine, Bromine) and radioactive elements, etc., that can replace the iodine in your thyroid, etc. BTW, I use sea salt liberally, as it has a naturally balanced multitude of minerals(same ratio as the sea) in it; not solely with just the sodium/potassium that table salt has(which disrupts balance of the sodium/potassium pump across cell membranes, contributing to hypertension).

Do some more diligent research as you don't have to only listen to me... I'm just pointing the way for you on all this stuff. Anyway, I don't buy 'any' iodine sold at any stores or pharmacies. Go online and find a reputable site that confirms they are actually selling true 'nascent' iodine. It's in liquid form in a dropper bottle. It should leave a purple stain on white paper. It's no good if it leaves any other color such as yellow or orange. Forget iodine tablets as they are not the same. Let me know when you find the nascent type and buy it; then get back to me before you try it.

As for artificial sweeteners, all of them are toxic in one way or another, including Splenda as it has a chlorine atom attached to it. Although it still is the 'safest' artificial one out there, Stevia is natural and healthy as it is extracted from the leaf. Just use less of it.

Regarding, water filters. I don't use 'pitcher' type filters as they are mostly gravity fed...takes too long(drip by drip) to get the filtered water, and generally are not solid carbon, etc. The one I use is far superior with a solid carbon insert. They now can filter out chlorine, fluorine, etc. It came with an easily attaching adapter for the faucet; and optionally with an adapter and separate faucet that connects to the sink water line. Thus the filter I have can easily be taken anywhere and hand twisted into most any kitchen faucet. They even have mini versions for travel while staying in hotels, etc.

Your moving to a warmer humid climate helped you in a major way, as it is dehydrating(watch out), thus the fluid retention decreases(but not completely) while even still drinking copious amounts of water. I speak from experience on that one. Anyway, the food, water, air, medications, etc., are so toxic these days that no matter what you do, you will still retain water; and sooner or later will have to get rid of the toxins; otherwise the changes you made and even the exercise doesn't help much, and may hasten the damage as your cellular repair mechanism won't be very efficient being surrounded by toxins! Anyway, as I stated before, I can now eat anything I want without gaining weight or retaining water. This is a whole different way of thinking versus what we were brainwashed into believing all these years!...it's why all those fad diets of the past don't work. They don't teach this(re: toxins as the culprit) and they never will, and for good reason in 'their' minds...I'm speaking of those who stand to make profits from our ongoing illnesses. In summary, it's the "Toxins"!. Get rid of those and everything else balances out, corrects itself and heals(including the 'alleged' effects of cholesterol). The body really does have amazing healing potential as long as it isn't poisoned and over run with toxins. Understanding this has made a huge difference in my life.

Anyway, you got me rambling, ranting and raving again!..,,lol,,,.but as you can see, I'm quite passionate about this topic...and for good reason. So, feel free to let me know of your progress and at least get started on the whey.

PS: please let me know asap when you see my pic before you compose a reply, so I can take it down immediately...it is worse than the black mustache pic I showed you once!

I've added the photo you requested and added some other Sicoli's who are in the same row of the St. Ann's Section. Mary, his wife, Joseph C. & Margaret McCool Sicoli to the right of Tom; Henry Sicoli, to the right of Joe & Margret.

Are you the Marti Sicoli who lived in the development behind St. Agnes on Delaware, or Maryland or some state street name?

RE: photo challenge
The fridge filters generally are mostly for screening particulate matter, but perhaps they can do more than that. The filters I'm referring to are high tech, with solid carbon. Some filters have granulated carbon/charcoal that allows for channeling of the water, so they don't filter every molecule of water, therefore avoid those. So, make sure you find solid carbon that can filter at the nano level; to remove fluorides, chlorine, heavy metals, molecules, etc. You can go to the NSF site to see which systems are NSF certified; or google NSF certified water filters.
The one I have hooks up under the sink to the water line, and has a separate little faucet next to the kitchen sink. There are counter top models also. Of course, we can't trust tap water, but also can't trust what's in bottled water, regardless of what the label says. Most of it is really 'clean' tap water.
Anyway, I was about to respond to your reply of June 9th, but now it is late tonight...so, I'll get to it tomorrow.

RE: Vernon Cooper; 98579280
I was happy to do it.

Please tell me if there is anything more I can do for you.

Graver Dave

P.S. I visited Marie's page. I'll bet she had a wonderful laugh, judging by her photo. She graduated high school and no doubt made lots of friends. You have given her a wonderful few years, for which I am sure she is grateful up in Heaven. Hebrews 12:1. Fourteen years ago and I know she is still fresh in your memory.
