Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am a retired educator who just recently began searching for my families history. I am interested in finding out as much as possible so that I may get it recorded for my grandchildren. Hopefully, they will pass their heritage along to future generations. I have found a lot of info at ancestry on most of my family. However, there is a lot more to learn. Since I became a photo volunteer at FindAGrave, I have been visiting cemeteries and taking photos for others who live a distance away. This has also been done for me. I have photos of family that I could not have obtained without the help of other volunteers. I have teamed up with 2 other Find-a-gravers, Dottie Gilder and WD and the three of us work together to get as much information as we can for all the cemeteries in Tattnall Co. Genealogy is fascinating and there is so much history to be learned.

Wiregrass Irisheyes
Thank you for the tombstone photos on many of my memorials. I wonder, though, if you would please not add any to the ones I already have a clear photo? There's too many doing this to my memorials now. :) I do appreciate the efforts and hope this doesn't discourage. Not angry, just a humble request.
Thank you again. Have a blessed day.

Nancy J Tippins #57018848
Somewhere along the way HODGES was added as my great grandmother's maiden name. Actually, Nancy J Hodges Tippins is memorial #65518722. They have been confused in many online records.
My ggrandmother's maiden name was TIPPINS. She either married a TIPPINS or never married. That is one of my biggest puzzles!
I would be pleased to manage this memorial if you'd like to transfer it to me. ~Fran
