I joined Find A Grave years ago to help me in my genealogical research. Now I've been adding a few memorials of my own to help other people with theirs. Most of these are blood relatives, however distant, or their immediate in-laws. Occasionally I'll add a memorial of an unrelated person whose life I feel especially deserves documenting and honoring. |
If you are a relative or other close loved one of a person whose memorial I've added, please contact me if you'd like me to transfer ownership to you - I feel the deceased would always be better served having their memorials attended to by people who personally knew and loved them, no matter how honorable or respectful my own intentions.
I put everything I know about a person into their memorial. If you see material in a memorial that you'd like me to remove for personal reasons, if you find errors or omissions in a memorial, or if you want me to add more details because you know things I don't know, PLEASE contact me! I only want to help other genealogical researchers, and to honor the memories of those who've passed on.
Last but certainly not least, if you would like me to remove a memorial I've added of your loved one, please contact me and I will do so in a heartbeat. I mean nothing but the utmost respect to the people whose memorials I've added, but that means nothing if the people who knew them best feel violated or insulted by their presence on this site. And once again, if you would like me to transfer ownership of a memorial I've created because you are a friend or family member and can honor them more ably or thoroughly, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Diane McGinnis (#47631018)
You gave me some info on
Find A Grave Memorial# 15994023
Yes I would like a copy of the obit.
I couldn't find another way to write to you
Thanks for your info and time.
I don't know who you are, but after years of searching, I finally found where my grandpa is buried at. Thank you so much for the memorial you left on his page (the flowers). I'm planning to visit his gravesite when I visit Michigan this summer...I think it'll make my dad thrilled, as he doesn't know where exactly my grandpa is buried at (we didn't find out he had passed until a few years after it happened). His name was Dorwin Bonham, and he's buried in Riverside Cemetery in Germfask, Michigan. Again, thank you for the memorial. It means a lot to me.

Hello, I was pleased to find your kind notes left of (y)our Sutherland relation. I'm also related to the (William/Hannah) Sutherland clan spread all over the USA. If possible, I'd like to share more through email. Thank you, distant cousin DJ Clark of Ohio
|C.C.Diamond||ID Military in Westlawn-Hillcrest|
We are currently working to identify anyone buried in Westlawn-Hillcrest Cemetery Omaha NE that has served in the military. If you have a loved one entombed there or know of someone, please send us a message. We place flags on the graves for Memorial Day.
If you can send us the names, we will be sure to include them on our list to get a flag.
Thank you for the help with this ongoing project.

I would also like to know why Jaye's parents were not mentioned in her obituary?

I please have Jaye Roysdon's memorial. I am a loved one and a family friend.
I thank you for your time and your work.

Henrietta was born in 1900 and probably died in 1904 or before that.
Name: Henrietta Kehmptzorr
Birth Date: 19 Sep 1900
Birth Place: New York, New York
Certificate Number: 18655
I believe she died before in New York, before they moved to Michigan, but I'd love to find it online for free if possible.

You mentioned another baby we didn't know about. Who's? Are you talking about Frederich & Mary O'Reilly's? I did find out there was a younger daughter Henrietta, who died between 2 and 4 yrs. old. I found a birth certificate for her a couple years ago. I just saw that you left a comment on it, asking for info. I DID have the info from Familysearch.org, but I see you can't open it now, because they must have sold their rights to ALOT of info. You CAN buy the cerfificate though. Maybe I will after the holidays. When I told my Mom about it (she's Frederich & Mary's granddaughter through Mary Rose), it stirred a memory she had of a picture that was in her grandma's room (Mary O'Reilly-Kehmtzow's / she had come to Ohio to live with them after grandpa Frederich died). It was a portrait of a little toddler girl. When asked about it, Grandma Mary Kehmpzow told her about her youngest daughter, Henrietta that died when she was just little.
I'd love to see the pic of the tray. If you remember, our other cousin Janet by Martha Kehmptzow (Frederich & Mary's other daughter) lives in Portland, OR and she and I have shared a great deal of family info.
