From Great Aunt Elie to Aunt Easy:
"Hope this will be of some assistance to you. If there's anything I can do to help you further in finding the *celebrated* ones, let me know--but if you find that any of them ever swung by their tails in trees, leave it out. Lots of Love, Aunt Elie" (1932)
Almost all of my pages in the Calhoun County, AL, area either would not exist or would be highly incomplete without the generous help of Fallen Graver MaryAnnBaggettFerguson

You left flowers on Richard Pellum's Grave. Could you by any chance be family? I remember this cemetery when I was young we used to Squirrel hunt around it. I was so afraid the Phosphate Mine had done away with it,but two weeks ago I found it. It was completely overgrown and in bad shape, but now that Phospate Company has cleared and cleaned it up beautiful. I am trying to find family.
Grover is buried next to Mary Velliquette, who has a burial date of July, 1960. I don't know the relationship of her to Grover. Grover & Mary are buried in the same lot as the Bucks & Wilsons, perhaps, if Mary is Grover's wife, her maiden name may possibly be Buck or Wilson (??). Or, they may have just been open gravesites, no relationship to Buck or Wilson.
I also wanted to mention that the section Grover is buried in is a Veteran's section. If Grover was a Vet, a family member could possibly apply for a military headstone for him.
Also, an obituary may be available for both Mary & Grover thru that same link page I gave you that has the Excel spreadsheet. sjmohr

You are welcome, Chas, just wish I would've found a headstone for Grover.
Your question of a 'survey'- I take it you would like to know if a database is available which has names, dates, section and lot...ie: who is buried where and who is buried next to who.
The answer: Yes.
How to find it? Here goes!
Go to Forest Cemetery search page. Above the search box is a link to City of Toledo Grave Tracker website & database. If you aren't familiar with this feature, it can be used to search by name(s) and burial dates & burial locations within the City of Toledo-owned cemeteries. (Use as few letters as possible in your search parameters because surnames entered into this database have passed through many hands before being written into the cemetery ledgers. Thus many different spellings of the same name. I suggest using this website to first find surname spelling variations before using the following spreadsheet.
A spreadsheet (Excel program) of names with burial locations specific to names, section, lot and grave numbers has been provided by Find-a-Grave member "ForestC". (They are the people who put almost all Forest Cemetery memorials on Find-a-Grave, a commendable effort.)
Easiest way I know of (to get to ForestC member page) is to open up the 490 photo requests for Forest Cemetery (also on their main search page). On the Photo Requests page, use CTRL + F and search 'ForestC' and click on their link.
On the ForestC member page, under their "Bio" is a link to the Excel program spreadsheet (along with other helpful links) entitled "http://charles w.tripod.C....". When this page opens, read the first paragraph, it explains all.
Hopefully, this will get you to what I think you are asking for. (Sorry this explanation is so lengthy, but I used to be a rocket scientist, and they don't do anything the simple way!)
Let me know if you get stuck. Regards, sjmohr

Sorry I'm late answering you. I've spent a couple of trips to ERIC with breathing problems. What I have found out is there is no one with masonic affiliations could answer that. The only suggestion given was contact Escambia County or city for their records. A body cannot be moved without their approval. Per Masonic Lodge
does anyone know where the coon hill cem is in jay. private land renamed?
