I work very hard on my genealogy and i am not perfect and if i have made an error..let me know...BUT let me tell you this..a lot of Tombstones have incorrect dates on them and should not be taken as Gospel. Do your research by going to the courthouse or family member or wherever you have to go for the correct data.|
I will transfer any non relative even those outside that four generation "GUIDELINE".

Hi Charles! Was out at St. Paul's Cemetery in Rowan County today… looking for other members of this Canup family… photographed this Sallie… although the dates are different, she's buried with the correct parents on one side and her brother Martin on the other. Hopefully this photo is the right one. If it's not just let me know and I'll take it down! Take care! Dana

|Mike Deaton||Lecy Ward Freeman|
Lecy's husband, Archibald Lee Freeman is my 1st cousin. I have a question, if I may. Archibald and Lecy are buried at the Archibald Freeman Family Cemetery in Star, Montgomery County, North Carolina. Do you happen to know the location of this cemetery. I was born and grew up in Montgomery County and would like to visit this cemetery on my next visit back home.
Cave Spring, GA but born and raised in Troy, Montgomery County, North Carolina

I see that you have done a lot of work in the Treadwell family in Georgia. I am the great, great, great-grandson of David W. (born March 26, 1826) and Isabella Treadwell. Do you have any idea how to locate their graves? Thank you so much for the help.
|Danelia||Sarah and Samuel Williams|
Yes Sir. I have them as being married on their memorial pages. They are my paternal grandfather's maternal grandparents. I was very happy to find their resting place.

I created the above memorial that you have placed a copy of the death certificate in the photo section.
Please remove this death certificate. Thanks so much in advance.
I have in my records that an Asa Brooks married Lucretia Webb, daughter of John Webb and Barbara Jones who lived in Anson County. Is this correct or what information do you have on that. I have seen the Asa Brooks married to the Pope but I don't believe that is the right Asa.

Charles, did Aunt Lucy have any children? Was she married before she married Uncle Bonnie? You can check out the following Memorial and see all of Bonnie's siblings and their parents:

You are absolutely correct!!! Also, a lot of people on Find A Grave are only interested in numbers and many of them won't transfer a memorial even if they don't know the person they listed.
My Father's brother, Major Bonnie McWhirter, married Lucy Treadwell, as you know. I never met Aunt Lucy and Uncle Bonnie but once and that was one Christmas about 1952 when my Aunt Ethel took me to see them. Aunt Lucy gave me two "turtle pins" to wear on the lapel and they had mother of pearl bodies, and would you believe I still have them? I have a couple of pictures of Uncle Bonnie on his memorial.
It's nice to meet you, too, Glenda McWhirter Todd
