RE: Rev John T Rea Bob, thank you so very much for the transfer and the addition of the will which would help with Jane's origin. Once again, thank you !! Our name change occurred as my great grandparents obtained their naturalization to be U.S. citizens. Appears that the Rea was evidently changed to Ray by the court system...
Rev John T Rea Hello Bob, thank you for the memorial of my cousin Rev John Rea (Derry City Cemetery) #101228095. I really do appreciate it ! If you would care to transfer his memorial to me I can add to his family.
Thank you very much for putting up this entry. Florence was a third cousin of my grandfather, Louis Willard Cochran (1900-1958). Her father William Downs was a son of John Downs and Catherine Ann Lagan who were married in Limavady 2nd Presbyterian Church on Sept. 16, 1856. John was baptized in the Limavady 1st Presbyterian Church on Feb. 20, 1837 and was the son of John Downs, a weaver from the townland of Terrydremont, Balteagh Parish -- and Nancy Cochrane (1791-1878), eldest sister of my great great great grandfather.
I'm including the Downs cousins in a book tracing over 2,000 descendants of the old Cochranes of Tamlaght Finlagan parish. Are you perchance related to the Downs family?
Would love to confer with you on this family! Please contact me directly: email@example.com

RE: Maude Mary Miller Again thank you Bob for your input. Glad to have the witnesses names at the wedding. Francis Henry the son of William Miller did marry Maude Mary Miller and one of their children was William Meredith Miller. He had a son Peter William Miller and am hoping eventually to make contact with him (think he lives in Northern Ireland). Ongoing
RE: Maude Mary Miller Dear Bob I have found the marriage on 01 January 1861 at Drumbeg Church of William Miller, Esq M.D. of Londonderry to Mary, youngest daughter of Robert Moat of Moat Park Dunmurry. Marriage conducted by Rev Jospeh Rawlins assisted by Rev. Francis Smyth. Ongoing
RE: Muade Mary Miller Thank you Bob for your prompt reply. How stupid of me not to check your transcription /photograph for Sir Francis Miller again. I am a little confused as I am sure that Maude Mary Meredith married Sir Francis Henry Miller. I had noticed in your transcription/photograph that you had Lady Maud Miller (nee Moat). Maude Mary Miller was the daughter of Frederick Thomas Meredith of England. I have applied for her will but it has not yet arrived. I am trying to obtain her marrige certificate but had trouble as evidently I applied to the incorrect department in Ireland and have not yet had a chance to re examine where I purchase it.
I know of the children born of the marriage It was Eileen Mary McCorkell who was present at the death. Thank you for your help - will look forward to hearing from you. Ongoing - Australia
