Dunn, Caylor, Headrick, etc/etc.
Hello Wilma,

I am presently working on the Dunn Family Books. This has been a very lengthy process. At present, I have 490 pages of genealogical data, 180 pages of gravestones, and some 150 pages of pictures/etc. I would like your permission to use the picture of your father in my work. My ggg aunt Narcissa Hill married James Willis Dunn, and are buried in Walker Co., Ga. Perhaps we can help each other in our research.

Hi Wilma,
I just discovered this website by accident actually. Thanks for including my parents in your memorials. I know it would mean a lot to them to know they are remembered so fondly.

Sorry I am so long in getting back to you. I have been off of line for almost 2 years.
You are welcome for the pictures that I took in Georgia.

I have a cousin that lives in Adairsville, Bartow Co. Georgia which is 70 miles north of Atlanta. I traveled my plane in june 2009 and stayed with he and his wife for 3 weeks. He and I must have visited almost every cemetery in northern Georgia, and photographed every Withrow family member we could find, plus other folks that are tied together.

Again you are welcome.

Hi. I stumbled onto Find a Grave while doing some other research. I have done some family research in the past, and am ready to do so again.

My grandfather on mom's side: William Pledger Parker, youngest child of Samuel and Angeline.

So, I take it that we are cousins....just not sure what degree.

Anyway, I found Samuel's grave, and a listing for Angeline's in Polk County.

If you are up for it, I would like to correspond with you at some point regarding our family. I know little about my southern family, but what I do know is fascinating. I want to know more!

I live in western Pennsylvania.

I visited Georgia with my grandparents in 1976, and got to visit with Jessie and KB and (Larry?) Dunn and some other cousins, including in Chattanooga.

Chattanooga cousins have visited here, as well.

Anyway, I'd like to establish contacts, and begin learning.

I hope to hear from you soon!

Wilma you are so very welcome. I flew from Oregon to Georgia to visit a cousin and had the chance to help.
